Bought the supertank pro through Amazon. Great product, quick to charge and can fully recharge my MacBook Pro!!
Had an issue with the display screen and contacted zendure through their website. After a brief email exchange to explain and demonstrate the issue, the product was replaced.( within warranty).

Zendure support team is really helpful. Their turn around time is usually within 24 hours. They totally understand what we need and help with no question ask. Thank you so much

One of the two SuperBase Pro products that I purchased has gone off the rails (again). I opened a support ticket on OCTOBER 31, 2023 and I've been getting the runaround since then.

The unit claims to be charged 100%, but it will not power any device. I uploaded a video of the unit not working. The video clearly demonstrates the problem. I was told to "plug it in" and was not taken seriously.

In summary:

* The product can not be used.
* Customer service is not taking me seriously.

My recommendation: DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT

I purchased two SuperBasePro 1500s in December, 2022. I struggled a bit to set them up. Customer Support (Grace) resolved all my issues. I plan to use the units for battery backup when the power is out. The units are capable of charging from solar, but I have charged only from AC power so far.

One unit simply needed to be reset and Grace stepped me through the process. The other, I needed to return but I received a replacement unit that is working.

I was not sure I would be taken care of, but customer support was great.

Had an original Zendure wall charger which stopped working after about a year. Contacted their service which sent me a new knee at no cost. Also have a newer generation wall charger. Both work great! Charge super fastest multiple phones!

Zendure is right on spot for warranty claims. Received a replacement for the defective product very fast. Thank you.

I bought from Zendure a universal adapter which has stopped working after one year of use, when I contacted their customer service, they’ve been very cooperative and instantly shipped a replacement item for free.

I did not receive the first shipment due to address errors. Customer services prompted a response, with verification and sent me a replacement. Very please with the level of response, care and help to get my situation resolved. Appreciate the help, this truly earn my business over and over again.

I had a defective Supertank pro and Zendure Support was very helpful. They first explained several steps to try to get the product back into a working state. After this failed, I received a new product.

Shipping took ages, but it comes from Asia, so I don't think that Zendure is actually to blame for that! Global supply chains are slow these days.

Support was extremely helpful, always patient and very friendly and polite.

I have several Zendure products, they are excellent. Recently I also had to contact the customer service team for an issue related to a product and they were simply superb.

Responsive, knowledgable and fast superb service. Well done Zendure.

My Zundure Power Bank stopped working after couple of month use. I reached out to Zendure support via their website and withing couple of hours i got response asking for more information about issue and proof of odrder. Once i submitted they immediately sent me the replacement. Whole process tool 2-3 days, which is amazing.

I own 3 Endure Supertank Pro, the best power bank you can get today (end 2022).

Whenever I had a question or experienced any situation, in which I felt to need support, the Zendure customer service was fast and kind in replying and supporting (thank you very much, Grace!!!).

In case of a warranty claim, the outstanding Zendure support ended out a brand new Zendure Supertank Pro through Amazon Germany, which reached me in a few days.

Overall, I can highly recommend not only the product but also the very fast and helpful customer support from this company

I have bought zendure ZDA8PD at Madinah Saudi Airport. I tried it after arriving in Jakarta, it didn't work well. I submitted a claim to the Zendure customer care, and the response was very good and fast, and a new unit was sent as a replacement for the defect unit. I really appreciate to Zendure. I've bought before and it works very well. Thank you very much

Bought a passport III via Kickstarter. Worked well to start with and was very convenient for trips. After a while the sliders to push out the different electrical prongs started to get stiff and then some of them I couldn't move at all which made the device pretty useless. I contacted support and they quickly responded asking me to provide a video showing the difficulty of the prong movement - which I did, and they quickly came back saying a new replacement would be sent out straight away, which arrived shortly afterwards. Mistakes and unexpected problems always occur, and to me the real measure of a person/company is how they deal with these situations. Zendure dealt with my issue as well as I could have hoped for.

I've been looking for the latest version of the International Travel Adapter with USB-A and more USB-C ports to charge my laptop without needing an extra laptop adapter. This works great! All I need is a USB-C to USB-C cable and it charges my MacBook and Windows laptop perfectly, the only little problem is its bulky size which can't fit some hotel sockets.

The support is very good, after problem verification was found the best way for silving the problem and replacement item was sent quickly. Big thanks!

Kickstarter order
I had 3 Passport III from kickstarter campaign. Two of them worked great but one didn't start. Contacted the support and they promptly sent a replacement.
Really good service.
