I'm in a tricky transition period and the Zenfolio Customer Support has been second to none. Even though they're based 6,000 miles away from me here in Dublin, Ireland, the response is always fast, understanding, knowledgeable and don't let up until the issue is addressed - they're a great company.

Zenfolio is awesome for showcasing my freelance images and delivering them to my clients. My sales have increased this year using the new platform versus the Zenfolio Classic platform I was using the years prior. When I have had questions, and there haven’t been many, customer service has been quick to respond and spot on with their response.

I have been using zenfolio for years for my photography business. Over the years they have applied upgrades and changes to make this gs easier and offer more functionality. Now with the new software version available, I will be migrating to this versions which has way more ability to do this things efficiently and with a bette authentic. They support staff are amazing as well. Enjoy.

Well, getting my photography business started back up has been slow, but I am thankful to Zenfolio for Alex's patience and helpfulness. He has been able to help me when I get stuck making my website. I would have given up on Zenfolio if it weren't for him. I am also in the process of negotiating a contract, which will require me to use Zenfolio. I am not sure how close I am to getting the contract, but Alex was able to buy me some more time by extending my trial.

Very glitchy, things frequently don't work, difficult to understand the gallery/portfolio/folder set up, shop is a nightmare and doesn't work....wish I'd spent my money elsewhere. Support is quite good usually, but they are battling with an inadequate interface that needs an awful lot of work

If you are struggling with anything Zenfolio, you can sign up through Calendly for a 1:1 help session. The session was amazingly helpful in fixing things I didn't know how to fix on my website and getting feedback on how to make my site better. I loved it and will do it again to be sure.

Not sure which experience I am to comment about as I have recently have had two, both of which were very satisfactory.
I feel my business is valued as a Zenfolio client. The customer service video meetings are personalized and interactive, I feel understood and valued as a person and my issues/questions are competently handled and solved.

When I started playing with Zenfolio’s new website and galleries editor it just wasn’t intuitive and I wasn’t finding videos that helped me get over the initial hump. So I scheduled time with a customer success rep who did a great job walking through the editor’s UI and that’s all I needed to get my new website up and running.
