Order refunded without explanation — poor communication
I placed an order with Zenith Gym Gear and received an order confirmation. Just 20 minutes later, I received a notification that my order had been refunded, with absolutely no explanation.
I emailed the company asking what had happened but received no response for several days. After following up, their only reply was, "The refund should have come through."
They still haven't explained why my confirmed order was refunded or whether the item was actually available.
The original charge has cleared from my credit card, but the refund has not arrived. I've now contacted my bank to investigate.
Very disappointing customer service and a concerning purchasing experience. I'd advise other customers to exercise caution when ordering.
