I had a problem
This order was the second time I purchased a very expensive commercial (~$500) handle/lock set from ZenSupply. My initial purchase was flawless. Not only was their price significantly less than other vendors and half of what my local locksmith would charge but delivery was fast.
My second purchase had a problem. A ZenSupply representative provided incorrect information resulting in my ordering a product without a special feature I needed. I contacted ZenSupply about the problem and they took ownership of their error. I returned the handle/lock set and received a full refund. They resolved the situation in a friendly, timely, and professional manner. My experience speaks volumes about their commitment to provide products at a fair price with excellent customer service.

Unreliable shipping
Back in November of 2025 I placed an order for keys nearly six months later, they're still unable and unwilling to fulfill the order. And they misled me on shipping times over and over again. I wish I read other reviews that people have been having issues with them, supplying product that they say they have. A very deceptive business process of doing things. I will tell anybody that's after items from this place to not shop here. And to look elsewhere.

I was SOLD 2 and only got 1
I ordered, and I will add paid for, 2 door knobs because I needed 2 to complete the job I was working on. I was then told that I had a partial shipment and then I was told that you do not have the other one that I was sold and paid for. I was offered a credit back for the one, and a shipping label for the other one. ( which at this point had been installed). I should not have to take time to go back over to the job and un install the 1 that came and take time to pack it up and mail it back. You shall credit that one back to me as well. Why were you selling 2 if you only had 1?
