Horrible customer service....ordered an…

Horrible customer service....ordered an item that a couple of days later told me it was in back order. Trying to cancel the order was a nightmare and your assistant made it worse, eventhough, finally made it happen. After many back and foward with her. Will never use you company ever again.

Horrible experience from an incompetent staff

This has been the absolute worst experience that I’ve ever had! My order took over 30 days to arrive. When it arrived, they sent the wrong lock. When I brought this to their attention, I was told that I would receive a return shipping label. It took at least five attempts to get that return shipping label and when I received it the recipient and the recipients email were very different and neither of them matched my name. Furthermore, I was told that I had to pay a restocking fee of 50% since I wanted to return the item I no longer want the item from them anymore. The incompetence of the staff at this company is ridiculous. I would not recommend them for anyone.

Beware! Scam!

Placed an order, charged card.
Was told it would take 4 weeks for delivery.
After no response or update.
Reached out again, and stated another 4 weeks.
Why would you charge ahead of time? apparently they don't carry ANY items, they are just a broker.
