I bought my Zenvacu ZV4 Pro vacuum cleaner with mopping function in June last year for about €400. The water reservoir was leaking, and I was only able to use it for about three months.
I have submitted several requests for support, but I have not received any response at all.
Because of this problem, I am currently unable to use my Zenvacu ZV4.
Convenience and Quality meet eachother in a fine piece of tech:) Good customer service, highly recommend!
Regarding cleaning performance, the ZV PowerPro performs exceptionally well. The powerful suction and smart sensors ensure that all types of dirt and dust are effortlessly picked up. Even pet hair poses no problem whatsoever. The robot adapts to various floor types and navigates smoothly through my home, without getting stuck or colliding with obstacles.
