Profound and Accessible; a Teacher who Works at Whatever Level You Are

I respect Jon as a teacher very much. He is knowledgeable and experienced, but extremely patient, gentle and approachable. He has a good sense of humour and doesn't take himself too seriously, though he has a deep respect for the tradition within which he works, which has rubbed off on me.

I have taken several classes with Zenyo: yoga and meditation, qigong and a course on Daoism and I like the way he moves into the subjects - going deeper and deeper over time, but remaining accessible, so that there is something for both the newcomer and for the more experienced practitioner alike.

When I was having problem with my health and breathing, I worked with Jon 1-1. He devised a qigong routine to help with my issues and I found this very beneficial.

A brilliant experience

A brilliant experience – Jon is a great teacher and the others in my group made it all the more enjoyable. Came away with new life skills which I still employ more than a year down the line. Can't recommend this highly enough.

Jon's classes are gentle

Jon's classes are gentle, nourishing and energising. The movements feel graceful and it's a great way to connect with the physical body and stay grounded. And who doesn't want to be a dragon or a bear on a Sunday morning?

Zenyo 10 week courses

Excellent planning: clear, competent and professional. Courses have a very defined structure but are also dynamic and inspirational as Zenyo is constantly updating and developing experience and insight which are shared with students.
Content of the courses, explanations and practice have and continue to have a real impact on the development and upkeep of my personal well-being in day to day life.

At a time when life has certainly…

At a time when life has certainly thrown quite a few curveballs at me and indeed at all of us, Zenyo provided comfort and the ability to regain calm in an increasingly chaotic world. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I cannot recommend Zenyo enough.

I cannot recommend Zenyo enough. I've taken part in various different weekly classes and two 10 week meditation courses both in person and virtually online, all of which have been insightful and beneficial. Jon is a very patient instructor, he's incredibly supportive, making himself available to help and answer questions at any time and is good at keeping you motivated. He instantly makes you feel comfortable and relaxed, all his sessions are friendly and easy to follow, with plenty of variety to keep things interesting.
