Rather than working with large volumes, I chose to dedicate myself fully to a limited number of clients, providing tailored end-to-end support and honest, independent advice. With over eight years of experience in the Portuguese real estate sector, including five years exclusively as a mortgage broker and trainer, I bring a 360º perspective to every case, having personally been a buyer, seller, investor, and realtor before founding Zephyr. Our mission is simple: to make the mortgage process clear, smooth, and stress-free, from the very first conversation to the final deed, and beyond. Exceptional Help with My Mortgage and Insurance
Hélder and his team were incredibly helpful, friendly, and efficient throughout my mortgage and insurance process. Every step was clearly explained, all my questions were answered, and their advice was spot on. Even when I caused months of delays, they stayed patient and supportive.

The best experience we could ask for
We had an excellent experience with Helder. He was incredibly helpful, always available to answer our questions, and consistently professional. What impressed us most was his patience and the way he explained every single euro we would have to pay. Real transparency at every step.
Thanks to his hard work, we were able to secure a mortgage for our apartment, and the entire process went smoothly. Honestly, I was expecting some complications along the way, but with Helder everything went surprisingly well.
I can’t say enough about how grateful we are. Highly recommend his services!
