This company is clearly run out of Singapore or China. Returns are impossible and so are exchanges. They ship from within the US but state that returns are to go overseas. Therefore, shipping is not possible. They offered me $16 refund for dresses that were over $200. An unethical and questionable company and I would NOT order anything from them again.

My clothes took a bit longer to arrive than I expected but all the items are lovely.

Having read the reviews I was dreading finding the dress I ordered once we had tracked down where it was delivered. (Not their fault as someone kindly picked it up and placed in a ditch. CCTV showed it being delivered safely). I don’t usually write reviews unless I am unhappy, but due to the quality, fit and design of the dress opposed to the bad reviews I have read I thought it was appropriate. The dress is beautiful, fab fit and quality. 50 x better than I was expecting. I would have purchased it from a shop if I had seen it. I think it’s even prettier than shown. Reviews have said the materials used are like umbrella fabric but this is lovely. I will definitely order again and couldn’t recommend more highly. Genuine review.

Very pleased with my dresses they fit well and arrived in good time.

Took over 4 weeks for my order to arrive.

I asked them to cancel it but they still shipped it and the returns process is in the US abs only 14 days.

I loved the Black & white floral dress - fit great, wonderful material. The white ruffel top ran very small. The black long sleeve dress was huge - was not flatering on my size 4 body.

It took a very long time for my dresses to arrive. Zerbar gave me a $5 refund for my patience. 2 of my dresses are adorable. The material is very light and silky... great for hot days. The 3rd dress is the same size but very large. Too large. I like the material, so I may have a friend take it in for me.

Loved 2,out of the 3 dresses I purchased. The material on one was not what I expected nor do so like it.

While the sizing was off even after carefully measuring and waiting 6 weeks, the colors & fabric were not what was pictured I must say the manager was responsive. I was given a 75% refund almost immediately instead of paying a large postal fee to their warehouse. I really wanted to love my items but I'm rather large busted so the fit was way off.

I have tried to contact customer service, 5 times, and no one has responded to my request!!!

Very good. The only minus is long wait - it took about 1.5 months to get my order, but I didn’t expect a fast delivery, so it wasn’t a big disappointment.
Quality of the items is very good, all of them look like on the website, size seems to be more or less correct, depending on item.
I’m going to order clothes for the cool/cold weather now, will see how it works the second time.

The clothes are very cute but two of the items I purchased needed exchanging for different sizes. I’ve emailed them four times but no one will answer me. It’s a shame as I’ll have to put in a dispute with PayPal. I had selected other pieces to order but I’m afraid to order now due to them ignoring me.

This company is a scam. If the clothes don't fit you can not return. Everything in their policies is fraudulent. This company is now under review from the FTC and several other legal means. Social sites and Amazon are now reviewing since there are so many complaints.

Items I ordered were nice - material seems a bit cheaper than expected.

Items not exactly what I had expected. The materials are super soft silky but I’m satisfied with the items.
