Chair arrived in excellent condition, pretty much as-new. The only hiccup was that the dispatch notification wasn't sent until after the chair was delivered, so we almost missed the delivery.

We've used Zero for a few years now and their service has always been spot on and prices good. I can't ask for any more.

I have bought 5 Herman Miller chairs and numerous other chairs from Zero and I cannot fault them for price, service, delivery and refurb quality. The reason I am reviewing is because I am about to buy 2 more office chairs for my business.

Excellent customer service from start to finish! I ordered 4 chairs for our non-profit charity organisation in which Bex helped me a lot in finding the right chairs for my budget and for my office and really happy with the quality of service provided and quality of the chairs received. All chairs were in great condition and arrived well on time for the date i had requested. The guys who delivered the chairs were also very friendly and helpful. Really great experience and will definitely use again if needing any more furniture in the future! Thank you!

Herman miller chair arrived in excellent condition. Delivery was fast and customer service was great.

I was slightly nervous to buy based on the other reviews... So thought it was only fair to share my experience. Ordered a Herman Miller Aeron on the 7th of January, dispatched on the 8th, delivered on the 9th.

Chair is in perfect condition and I would have no complaints if I'd received this from Herman Miller directly. The difference is I paid around £800 less than retail.

I ordered a reconditioned Herman Miller Aeron chair in the Black Friday sales. After a short delay, which was communicated to me with apologies by Bex, the chair arrived via DHL well packaged and in good condition. I am extremely pleased with the chair (£800 saving on a brand new one) and would definitely use Zero again. One star deducted only for the slow delivery (10 days after order) when my card was charged immediately, but communication was good and prompt. Thank you Bex

i placed my order on 19 November with the app "Shop" and after few days the status still showed order received. I sent some message through Shop and email to the company and did not receive any reply. i checked the website any found they mentioned the dispatch time will be around 7-14 days so I choose to wait for they reply. on 29 November I received the update for the delivery and told DHL will deliver the chair to me on today, 30 November, and provided a tracking number. Today I received the update and told the chair had been delivered. But I did not receive anything. I try to use the tracking number to trace the chair, but the request us to input the delivery post code. I input my post code which is same as the invoice and delivery address, DHL said it is not same with their record and ask me to contact the sender. I emailed, called the company and no one pick up the call and reply the email.

The staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. They care about what they do and they assured me that all the items that we have donated will find a home. We will definitely use their service in the future.

We bought 2 Herman miller office chairs which are absolutely awesome. Arrived in perfect condition, really could not tell they aren’t brand new. Delivery was great, on time and really helpful. Would highly recommend.

Recently bought a Herman miller Mirra for my home office. I was not sure initially about buying secondhand but was very reasonably priced. The chair was super comfy, looked new and wouldn’t have known it was used, really happy with my purchase.
