Hannah and the ZDL team have been great and I’ve been pleasantly how much support and advice they have been able to provide for a really complicated leasehold property. We’ve not proceeded with a lease extension or other option quite yet, but from the service so far, I would definitely recommend them.

Everyone at Zero Down Lease went above and beyond to successfully extend the lease on my flat. I was skeptical at first (sounded a bit too good to be true from the website and first phone call) but I'm so glad I went ahead after putting this off for years. They have really made the whole process as stress free as I think it could have been.

Despite it being a slightly more complex transaction (remaining term below 80 years, shared ownership and trying to line up with the sale of the flat), they have been proactive, honest and friendly throughout and given me clear explanations and solutions to any issues that have come up.

Would definitely recommend!

The team took the time to talk with me about my lease situation - a subject which sadly little is known about by many. I've had the best experience with Zero down / Josef today and I'm surprised in a good way at the level of detail, support and advice I was given in a transaction I'm doing to purchase a property. There are a lot of uncertainties around both cladding and more importantly, a need to manage ground rent escalation via a deed of variation or a potential lease extension. Josef gave me a brilliant overview of all my options and helped me make a very informed decision around what the best financial as well as time effective solution is.
I wholeheartedly recommend the team, the service given was beyond any expectations I had after a friend mentioned it to me. The advice given exceeded that which I received from surveyors or solicitors to date and it was just a 30min conversation-- thank you so much!
