I’m not really happy with this company. I bought a whole water filtration system which wasn’t cheap and then the company said that they were packing up and leaving the UK thankfully I bought a few filters when I bought the jug. I really feel that I was misled as I’d have to buy any future filters from the USA. God knows how much that will cost.

My experience with Culligan Water has been absolutely dreadful.

The returns and refund process has been abysmal from start to finish. My return was delivered on 29 August, and it is now 11 September and I still have not received my refund. To make matters worse, I am now being told they cannot even track or locate the returned package, despite it having been delivered.

Customer service has been incredibly poor throughout. The person handling my case has been unhelpful, and trying to get a straightforward answer or resolution has been unbelievably frustrating.

For a company of this size, the whole process has been completely unacceptable. Returning an item and receiving a refund should not be this difficult.

Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding this company. I certainly would not buy from them again.

Disappointed

The filters only last a few weeks since the company has changed hands who make the filters. They used to last 2 months easy not no more so I won't be buying any more I've changed companies and have got a far better deal that lasts my filters for 3 months at a time

Was going well until we have to buy everything through Lakeland or Amazon because the company up and left the UK

Company Rebranding & Review Evasion
ZeroWater has repeatedly shut down and rebranded its web presence in the UK. After initial purchases, the site migrated to Culligan ZeroWater, rendering older pitchers obsolete and forcing customers to buy new equipment. Months later, they allegedly pulled out of the UK market and closed the site again, only for a new domain to pop up selling filters with the exact same site layout and saved user login credentials. Constantly shifting domains appears to be a tactic to abandon poor Trustpilot ratings driven by complaints over failing filters.

Performance & Lifespan Issues
* Short Lifespan: In a moderate tap water area (110–150 TDS), a single filter lasts only about two weeks before degrading.
* Capacity: ZeroWater filters are rated for just 75 liters, compared to standard Brita filters rated for 150 liters.
* Taste Profile: While the 0-TDS filtration is thorough, the resulting water chemistry can react with dental fillings, leaving an unpleasant metallic taste in the mouth.

Extending Filter Life
To stretch the lifespan of the costly ZeroWater filters, pre-filter your tap water using a Brita hard water filter first. This drops the baseline reading down to roughly 90 TDS before it hits the ZeroWater pitcher, effectively extending the ZeroWater filter's lifespan from two weeks to 3–4 weeks.

It was all online but the products are good, pity they discontinued the filter we got shortly after purchase. Have moved to a different system now.

I had a similar experience as others in this thread who gave 1 star where the filters are not lasting as long so I asked for a refund both through Amazon & Zero Water & they both blew me off!

I bought their new zero water filters that they advertised as lasting 30% longer than the older version. NOT TRUE! They lasted 50% less than the original and I bought at least over 20 filters. I called customer service and they either hung up or said that I needed to send an email. Nothing, they just fobbed me off. Interestingly THEY STOPPED MAKING THE FILTERS AND SELLING THEM. They seemed genuine in the beginning but definitely conned people to get rid of the filters. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. WOULD NEVER TRUST THEM AGAIN. THEY SHOULD BE SERIOUSLY FINED. Some people did get their money back but I guess I was one of the last fools they ignored. DON'T TRUST...LOOK ELSEWHERE. Also Culligan only respond if you are considering a rebate. Don't bother if you are just white washing the situation. I'm writing this now because they sent me a request to review.

Good reliable kit

Love the actual product however we were getting through 1 filter every 2 weeks as our water is so bad , making it more expensive than bottled water

As per usual the ensh*tification of a once good product takes over.

Their jug designs are absolute crap, I wrote about this before they are such a poor design.
I got a reply about how delighted they were to have designed a new range, they sold some of these Jugs through their UK online site then 2 weeks later they changed their name from zero water to culligan and pulled out of the UK market completly.

I'm getting absolutely sick of these greedy corporate company idiots, making tactical moves like trying to make a quick buck knowing full well they are days/weeks away from making plans like exiting the UK market.
Now I have nowhere to buy bulk filters and have to buy 1 or 2 and pay £20 for 1 filter or £32 for 2 filters all the while, some other corporate door knob middle man creams of the top.

SHAME ON YOU Zero Water/Culligan SHAME ON YOU!!!

Great company spent a lot of money with them their jugs are second to none filters do the job so I'm really genuinely gutted to see the company has shut down it's very that I have anything nice to say about any company these days but these guys have been top class never let me down

Several of the filters were defective straight out of the box — not used or expired, brand new. Instead of reducing dissolved solids, they made the water worse: I could taste something off, and my TDS meter confirmed it, with readings higher after filtering than the tap water going in. After drinking it, I got sick. A water filter that contaminates the very water it's supposed to clean is a serious problem, and it's not something a buyer can detect without testing every new filter themselves. I would not trust these with my family's drinking water.

We've been using zerowater filters for years. Recently, after the name culligan appeared on the filters, the quality dropped to unacceptable levels. Lifespan dropped from 5-6 weeks average, down to 2 weeks!
Filters actually feel lighter than before. Sorry, but we've ordered our last batch of filters.

The best domestic water filters available in my opinion - when purity is essential, in my case carnivorous plants and aquarium fish. Also having the ability to have a constant read of PPM rather than the usual time based reminders. Pity that they are closing in the UK but hope to restock with Amazon when necessary

The service was quick, water dispenser abd cartridges looks good but haven't use it as yet.
