The device didn't help my sleep but worked as advertised and they honoured their 60 day moneyback guarantee without issue.

Although the device proved to be ineffective for me personally, with chronic sleep apnea, there is a good chance it would help with milder symptoms.. I cannot fault their customer service. I'm just gutted it didn't work, and I have to continue with cpap.

It’s worth pointing out that using this device is expensive £560 approx for the first year then £320+ EVERY year thereafter.

I, like many others, found the pads they supply simply did not work, the device fell off within minutes, I wasted half a dozen pads in the first day! Returned it for a refund.

The website states:

Every Zeus device comes with a 60 night money back guarantee.” BUT you won’t get ALL your money back.Yes it goes on to state that " Hydrogel Pads are non-refundable once opened for hygiene reasons” but what it does not say is that the pads are NOT individually wrapped so as soon as the pack is opened that is £30 gone even if just one pad is used!!

I find it odd that the pads cannot be returned ‘ for hygiene reasons’ yet the device can - even after it has been used. Does this mean it gets re-packaged and sold again so some people are paying for previously used devices?

They have said "We are working now on providing smaller packs of trial pads” I wouldn’t have thought it was rocket science to create small sample packs, this should have been done long ago.

It is worth noting that the pads are NON RECYCLABLE which, in this day and age, I find very irresponsible. This means every user sends 360 used pads to landfill every year! What a waste!

Reading the information about their published trials it seems the actual number of people who took part were tiny? 50 people? Many dropped out?

Again, as others have said, there are many other devices out there, ask your doctor or dentist.

Since using Zeus I have had deeper, more restful sleep. I wake up earlier but feel fully rested.

My husband says I’ve stopped snoring!

From the instructions I believe that I am using the Zeus unit correctly and have been sleeping better and according to my wife make less noise. Hopefully this will lead to a permanent stop to snoring?

This gadget works. As a lifetime snorer I've tried mouthguards that worked a bit but made my teeth wobbly and nasal dilators that partially help, but this device has fixed it. My wife confirms it! Buying a second as backup!

I cannot connect the application to my chin

Effectiveness of the electrical stimulation greatly depends on how fast your beard grows. If you’re an early morning shaver, the stimulation isn’t that great, even at maximum 10. From a few months of use, midday shaves work best, yet is not possible practically. It’s not possible to use the device if you have shaved in the evening as the skin is quite raw. I’ve used this device a lot and you do get used to the sensation and occasionally may feel as the device isn’t on, however on many occasions I have had to turn the device on during the night or even woken in the morning and realised it was off. Another consideration is the cost of the adhesive pads which are $700 AUD annually. Which is rather extortionate. Would I buy this product again? No.

I live in Brisbane. Have only recently started snoring and disturbing my wife. She told me to sort it out. Zeus arrived in a parcel from UK. I made an initial mistake. The device is so well thought out I thought Zeus itself was missing. Didn't realise it arrives magnetised to the charging device. Very clever. It works very well. I found d higher up chin/underneath chin works best. Is unobtrusive. Very positive experience. Customer service in UK is excellent. Highly recommended. Wife is much happier (and I'm thinking of getting her one too)

While the Zeus sleeps device is ok, it doesn’t totally stop the snoring, just reduces the noise levels allowing my wife to sleep. The device is easily damage by sharp finger nails and creases easily while trying to get the gel pad off in the morning. Positioning under the chin can be hit or miss, a template could help guide to the best position. Turning off the device can be tricky, you follow the instructions to turn off only for it to turn straight back on again. Very annoying.
Not sure if I need to just buy the rubber device without having to buy a whole new kit.

What was I to do at 85, when fortunate enough to have a new Life Sharer, I was made aware of a major impediment to our relationship - I snore!
Desperate to overcome this hurdle I researched widely for a solution, but there were so many tried and tested options and with so many customer reports.

Diagnosed three years ago with OSA (obstructive sleep apnoea) Cpap didn’t work and not suitable for MAD mouthguard. Sleep clinic monitors suggested up to 70 snores per hour.

Partner recordings sounded horrendous. Saw your ads. What did I have to lose. It probably won’t work, but there’s a return policy.

I’ve just completed night three, with Zeus on level 3. I’m using the SleepWatch app to track things. I have the end of a cold, so you can hear the 17 times I coughed and the occasion I got up to the bathroom. But …. NO SNORES. Zero. Not one. Last night I recorded four minor snore events. This is alchemy or something miraculous. Thank you. You might have actually saved my life.

The pad is much less bothersome to wear than a mouthguard or a cpap mask. Yes it tingles a bit to start with, but you can drop the intensity. I soon got used to it and it doesn’t wake you up. Guys, you do have to make sure the chin triangle is close shaved before bed, the pads don’t much like stubble or 5 o’clock shadow. That’s ok, now I shave at night.

3 nights in and my wife reports quiet nights. I am not so tired in the afternoons, either. I don't know how my apnoea is reduced but that is another issue. Only 4 stars because the instructions are not the clearest and the control buttons not easy.

I have started a Zeus Sleeps Users Facebook group, if you are interested. I believe that there is a great future for this concept but realise how difficult it is to work with regulations for medical equipment in UK.

It’s good and I think it works. But, design and comfort could be better for the price point. Turning on can be a pain to do as it needs some solid pressure, a couple of times it has failed to charge, the gel patches feel over engineered and can be difficult to use, and placement can be difficult to get right first time.

The first problem is the shipment, the first was gone wrong, the second they (Zeus) have solved the problem, the second problem is the tax that i must pay in Italy when we receive product from GB. Now I tell about the product, this solution reduce snoring and I think that can help the people that have this problem, but there is the problem to manage the hydrogel pad , a cost for life and complicated to use during the night. Another question that i must ask Zeus is the battery life, Does it cover the whole night? I give 4 stars because now is a possible solution and I adopt it (and I am glad to have found this), I hope in the future to find an improve to this solution or another better.

I’ve tried multiple devices and pillows to manage snoring and by far Zeus has been the most effective. Thank you for developing this technology! While not 100% solving my problem but it’s a much improvement, the device is easy to use, very efficient and affordable given the value for the price point. I know it’s not approved for sleep apnea by the FDA but i can see an improvement using my oximeter to measure SPO2.
