Instant access savings

Instant access of 5% interest was very attractive, but then with no warning they withdrew the product? My money plus interest was returned to me. The app is very easy and intuitive to use.

cool app, great product

Love the idea that I can save my money at a very high interest, make payments and transfers without having to take out a card-reader. Love their card as well - it's looking cool and Tiffany coloured!

Unbeatable interest but very glitchy

Unbeatable easy-access account but the app was very glitchy and the process of withdrawing your cash was so longwinded I had to question if it was actually a scam.

But for the interest rate alone, you can't knock it

Very good experience, has a lot of potential!

My experience with Zeux has been the best. No delays, instant replies from support and instant transfers to and from my bank account.

I would appreciate a redesign of the app as it lacks behind the competition and utilisation of the ZUC token.

Overall in order to make it my main banking application still needs work, but so far no complain. Just needs more feedback from the team, as sometimes they disappear for a month with no updates on what they are working on.

Great easy access money pot

I have been using zeux for almost a year, it is very easy to use, it is convenient for my life, and it is used for transportation, shopping, and eating.
Easy access money pot is my favorite. In the beginning, I put my idle funds into it. When I used it, I found that my amount had increased a lot. I am very happy to get those interests. And it is easy to transfer money from the money box, with almost no delay.
Regrettably, this high-interest easy access money pot is about to retire. They transfer all my interests and principle back, I appreciate their rapid reply speed.
I like zeux very much, thanks to it, my idle funds are constantly creating value and looking forward to their new high-interest product.

Using Zeux is a smooth experience

Using Zeux is a smooth experience. It’s really simple to open a zeux account. I provided some documents and my account was verified immediately. I added it on apple wallet and use Zeux as my major account now. Also, product services are good. I contacted zeux customer support once by email about the investment products' details and they responded quickly and politely. By the way, my account has never been blocked or frozen for no reason.

Police action

I contacted the police after 8 weeks of my account frozen. I want this company shut down. Worst company ever!! I’ve emailed press and police!!

Love the new function!

Having been using the App for a while, and enjoying the new function, 2% cashback on Amazon, during the lockdown.

Never meet any major issue so far, can only see App update sometimes when login.

Can’t transfer money out !!

Tried to transfer money out of my zeux account and I still haven’t received it in my NatWest account. Its been over 2 weeks! All they had to say was that it was a technical issue which gives me no certainty that I’ll get my money back.

My sister sent me money and zeux frozen my account for the past 1 month. i have sent several emails to his personal email and support they keep ignoring me and starving me.
