The delivery time to Spain was too long. Regarding the product, the quality is good, but I thought the zipper would be YKK; however, it is from a different brand.

Wrong invoice and they don’t recognise it! According to the official website, the price for the worm is 199.50 including VAT. However, your invoice charges me the same amount while showing VAT as 0,which is clearly incorrect.
If no VAT is being charged, then the VAT portion must be removed from the amount of 199.50**, and the invoice should reflect the correct net price** instead.

The jumping rope is so difficult to cut…
The jumping rope is so difficult to cut :( It also has to be cut so neatly that if the wires are frizzy, it's impossible to lock the rope to the handles.

We understand that cutting the cable can be tricky, especially if the wires start to fray. To make this easier, we recommend using a strong cable cutter (rather than regular scissors) to get a clean cut. If the end does become slightly frayed, you can carefully wrap it with a bit of tape before inserting it into the handle to help guide it through.

Fast delivery and amazing products. Last week I used all the products (wrist bands, ankle band, lifting straps and the 35L bag) in the gym and I absolutely LOVE it. There is a separate shoe part in the bag which makes it so easy to carry shoes to the gym. All the materials I need fits perfectly in this bag. The materials I used in the gym were amazing they are sturdy and also provide stability. I recommend Zeuz to everyone!

Fijn om te horen dat de tas goed werkt tot ongeveer 15 kg. Tegelijkertijd vinden we het jammer om te horen dat het bij zwaarder gewicht minder comfortabel wordt en dat de banden in je schouders snijden. Comfort is natuurlijk erg belangrijk, zeker wanneer je zwaardere gewichten draagt.
