When does this service works? They take your money fast, the service is the worstest i've ever seen. Lost my money for this bullsh**!!!

Zereva say in their conditions that they can't be liable for poor service. That's quite understandable as their service is worse than poor, its deceitful: many of the supposedly active providers are not.

The worst: "You understand and agree that cancellation of your Membership is your sole right and remedy with respect to any dispute with Zevera". And the "Zereva support" abides clearly by this.

So stay clear of this scam company.

As others have mentioned, many hosts don’t work, even the ones that do are often as slow as a free account. Furthermore, working hosts have a habit of stopping mid-download and then not resuming upon resumption, wasting whatever portion of the file you've managed to get before it cuts out and restarts.

It appears they try and buy a premium account from the hoster and share it around hundreds, possibly thousands of users. Quote from staff "Regarding the speed, please keep in mind that every account that we use is being shared among all our users and as such the speed is also divided"

Unsurprisingly, this leads to problems.

They also censor negative comment from their forums. Stay away.

February 2017 update. Apparently " there are some quite exciting news and improvements awaiting you!!" and they give me 2GB traffic. Nothing has changed, few services work, with the added bonus that the forums are defunct (can't imagine why). Upon relaying this exciting information to them, they deleted my account. Oh nos.

Before I joined them and checked which file providers as a example keep2share was working and usable they said it was working fine and in good active order, so i joined them then i placed my first link from keep2share, within 20 seconds i was told keep2share was now offline and under maintenance. so i thought fair enough so i tried rapidgator link, and again withing 20 seconds same response. this happened 14 times with different file hosts weird all offline just when i wanted to use them. so i waited 20 days all still offline and still under maintainence. lol why not just put a gun to my head and take my money honestly.

I had one month premium with Zevera and its been a limited piece of crap of a service all the way through.

This so called multi downloader service claims to support one host and the other. However, when you sign up, you realize its all complete hogwash. "Unapproved host" or "host not compatible, please use alternative hoster" was the usual annoying error messages I'd see when I try and action download with plenty of hosts.

When I get a download in, its a 2 links per day affair with some hosts. Its also worth noting some big name spam file lockers have very, VEEERY low limits which means you'd be very lucky to get a download in from either two, as it was in my case. I only managed 4 downloads in the 30 day period and renaming URL's didn't help either. Pathetic! You can always ask for a trial service on their forum, but my advice here is to keep well away. Not worth the grief.

User experience overall is 0/10

When signing up on there site i choose to go ahead and create an unique email address that forwarded to my real one. And very happy i did so.

3 month time after registre i received multiple spam mails all with viruses there where either attached or tried fooling someone into downloading a wonderful pierce of software that should be extremely hard to live without, just go ahead and follow this very "safe" link...

I've had Zevera for about 2 days now. They refuse to refund on their own satisfaction guarantee. I will give them one more day until I chargeback with my bank. Stay away from this company, it takes 12-15 hours to get one file.

Do not buy their service. They will NEVER refund you, their services do NOT work at all. It is a huge fraud. I contacted them after none of the hosting sites they talk about worked. They said there is nothing they can do, and that I can't get a refund, even though they claim a satisfaction guarantee. You will get scammed of your money and you will get nothing out of it. Terrible customer service as well.

I dont know how many of the hosters work, but my most important hosts doesn't work even tho it says they are "online". Sorry guys, but better spend the money for direct hoster and get everything you need. I'm just glad I spent the lowest price for trying this. Think they just want your money ;)

Zevvera is not stable. Some times works for some Hosting sites.
It's expensive.
I think other Multihoster services are better like
alldebrid,premiumleech,offcloud.

I Choose Downloader Guru because supports my favorite Hosters
Keep2share,nitroflare, uploaded & rapidgator.

Also Downloader Guru is cheap & stable

I tried for DAYS to get Zevera to work, I emailed their "support" team many times, but I could not get any large files to download successfully. So a complete waste of money. Just go with Rapidgator or Uploaded's paid services - at least they WORK.

Service works as promised

They list a lot of file hosting services on their site but a few of them if any that actually work. They can give you pretty nice error messages instead.
When you contact their customer service their response is: "it is a problematic hoster, try it later." Or they suggest that you use another host that doesn't work either.

I have used zevera a few times without any major problems but as multihosters go there are others that are an improvement e.g alldebrid with a good torrent downloader and downloader guru which works just as well but costs less.Most people seem to give it bad reviews so maybe i have just been lucky but untill i get problems i'll still use it.

It is a complete deceit. Hosters currently used by uploaders are off all the time. I've claimed my money back and they refuse refund it arguing they are not responsible for hoster's limitations. Quite awful. Don't allow them fool you.

most downloads dont work or the hoster is "currently offline" including the biggest/most important ones... succeeded finishing one download in acceptable speed but failed about 10 other times... going to recommend it to my mother in law (to make her crazy...)

It does not work worth a dam, support is non existing, non responsive..

Downloads simply do not work with any of the methods they advertise on their website or that customer service recommends.

After trying downloads for a few days, eventually 1 worked and it was glacially slow. So far I have managed to download 1 file after 2 weeks.

A message often received is that they have exceeded their download limit with certain hosters. This happens far too frequently without resolution. How can they charge for access to hosters when they frequently have no access to those hosters? It's ridiculous.

Simply put: their service/product is either broken or it outright doesn't work. Rather go directly to the hosters.

After no download apps worked with zevera's links, resorted to using their web service api from command line, and while some luck there, of a set of zevera generated download links for one of the largest hosters and using a multi-connection download program, some downloads worked, some didn't (though slower single-connection download seemed to work more reliably). As such, in my opinion their service is too ureliable to continue using. Customer service was professional however, but doubt the expertise there to resolve continuing technical issues, nor my the patience. My guess is they haven't quite figured out the technology, and/or, hosters are fighting back to try to prevent multi-hosters from stealing their subscribers.
