Ordered on Nov 10th now Dec 8th no product. They have emailed me back asking me to be patient and now it shows delivered and still no product, and now they aren't responding to my emails. Going to have to dispute with my credit card with shopify. Will never do business with again.
paid nov 10. nov 19 still no massager. I live with backpain every day moderate to severe. Get better delivery service.
I emailed zevessa about a coat I purchased which was a very cheap and unsatisfactory imitation of what was pictured on their website. In fairness to Zevessa their after sales service deserves 5 stars. They emailed me a refund notification and my refund appeared on my bank statement 4 working days later. They apologised for the item and say it is not representative of normal Zevessa service.
Do not order from this company. Photos of advertised products are not of the quality or style of goods received.
In particular beware of promotions suggesting a reduction as you will not be able to return your unsatisfactory purchase.
I am hoping a return is possible given the flagrant breach of trade descriptions and the use of fake product photos but I am not hopeful!!
