Great product shipping can take a while

I origally left a poor review of this product as I was frustrated with issues with shipping due to customs. USA be ready for a little longer shipping due to terrifs and customs. I am updating this review as this really isn't ZeWoods fault. I received my clock and it is as amazing as their website shows. Couldn't be happier with ZeWoods product. I will purchase more items from them with the understanding that it may take a little while to get but is worth the wait. Thanks ZeWood looking forward to purchasing from you again.

Amazing Product

Product arrived looking great! Ordered from the United States so the shipping alerts were not the most accurate but all I had to do was reach out to the seller for them to confirm how far along the order was in its shipping journey.

Clock was beautiful and team is awesome!

The Avatar clock was beautiful and came quickly with great tracking. The ZeWood team was also super helpful when I had some difficulty with the shipping website. Overall, a great product and great customer service!

Awful customer service

Product was great but customer service was awful. Paid for 5-7 business day shipping and it took 20 business days. I attempted to email company to figure out what was going on and received no response. Was supposed to be a Christmas present but arrived a full week late.

The last date when we could guarantee delivery before Christmas was December 10, and this information was communicated on our website during the holiday season. Additionally, all of our products are made to order, with a production time of 5-9 business days. During the holiday period, this timeline is typically closer to the upper end due to a significantly increased order volume.

That said, we fully understand how disappointing it is when a gift arrives later than expected, and we apologize for the inconvenience.

Never received order

I ordered a clock from Zewood over a month ago and have yet to receive it. I’ve had to reach out for updates on the package at least 7 times. I’m being told it’s “stuck in German customs and we don’t know why but we’ll get back to you” and I never receive updates. I always have to reach out. I’ve waited long enough and am requesting a refund. This is ridiculous.

Unfortunately, an entire batch of international shipments was delayed at a transit hub in Germany due to circumstances beyond our control. This situation required the involvement of the postal service’s top management, as well as diplomatic representatives from our country, to help resolve the issue.

We sincerely regret that this process took so much time. Throughout this period, we did everything possible on our side, stayed in constant contact with the postal service, and responded to all incoming messages as promptly as we could.

We have now contacted you by email to confirm that the package successfully left Germany yesterday and is already in the United States. All further updates can be followed via the tracking number provided.

This is the most beautiful gift I’ve…

This is the most beautiful gift I’ve ever gotten for someone. It was a Christmas fit for my fiancé, we always talked about getting a wooden fantasy map. And I’m so happy I picked this company! Will never pick another, and will definitely be buying from them again.

Everything you hope it is

The purchasing experience went smooth and quick, I was able to customize without any issues. I am in the States so the shipping obviously takes awhile but it came in perfect condition. Easy to put up, everything I imagined. The magnets are incredibly sturdy to hold heavy keys but use is very easy, keys come on and off easily. SO happy with my purchase.
