VPS discontinued, provider refuses to refund

I bought San Jose ARM VPS in Dec 2023 with a combination of promotional credit and credit card payment. However, they discontinued the product in Jul 2024 before the 1-year contract period, only refunded to store credit, and refused to refund my credit card payment.

I then use the store credit (which contained original credit card payment) to buy London VPS in May 2025. Once again, they discontinued the VPS product in Oct 2025 before the 6-month contract period, only refunded to store credit, and refused to refund my credit card.

The remaining amount is only 0.11 GBP but this is bad business practice.
