I honestly cannot believe I’m even writing this.
I placed an order with Ziaja that never arrived. I was told Royal Mail had “lost” the parcel — fair enough, these things happen. What isn’t acceptable is that a full YEAR later, after countless emails chasing this up, I still have not received a refund.
At no point have they taken responsibility or properly resolved the issue. As the retailer, it is their responsibility to sort it out with the courier — not leave the customer out of pocket for 12 months.
The lack of accountability and customer service is genuinely shocking. If you value your money, I would strongly reconsider ordering from here.
Absolutely ridiculous experience.
