Best customer service ever received
They are very responsive and even messaged right after placing the order was placed to confirm my address which I had made on a mistake on. They even provided with additional options and deals right on the spot. I was in direct contact with a live person that wasn't outsourced to call center. Awesome company I would totally recommend them to everyone I know. If after giving my gift to my wife turns out well, I would come back and give another review.

As with anything you order online I was a bit skeptical, but almost immediately I got a response asking if everything was correct with my address for delivery to make sure I would receive it. And then a text adding if it was for any special occasion coming up? Great customer service!
