Worst service provider, they charged more than normal bank charges, where they say upto 5000 aed, their will be no charges, when you try to contact them. They do not respond st all, or you will recieve response when you are offline and close the chat.
You open again you inquiry from the start again the same no response.

Unreliable app, they terminated the account and hold the fund for 60-120 days. It’s a daylight robbery and scamming scheme.
Not recommended at all.

Faced an issue with top up however Mariam S resolved it. She was very helpful and kept me updated on the status. Giving a 4 star cause the challenge caused delay for me but the customer support was great.
Worst app ever. I opened a Zina account for personal use, followed all required steps, and funded it with my bank card. Just a few days later, my account was terminated for no tangible reason.
Support claimed a cause that never happened. The account was new and unused — I didn’t even have the chance to make a single transaction.
This level of mismanagement is unacceptable. Definitely not recommended for users in the UAE.

My experience with Ziina was very poor. I used their platform to pay for products from Thwifty, but Ziina did not take complaints seriously when there were issues with payment or refunds. Also, according to reviews, Thwifty has a bad reputation. It seems Ziina protects the merchant more than the customer, so I strongly advise everyone to be cautious when using both Ziina and Thwifty.

Updates are not being communicated and they might be impacting your business functions and processes (just like my case).
Customer service is awaful: giving different replies depending who you talk to, then replying at 2am and closing the chat since you are not active. It feels like their customer service is trained to give sterile answers based on a textbook and cannot give clear instructions or help
