I love the app I always struggle to use the equipment at the gym and how to combine exercises. Zing has helped me to enjoy the workout because I don’t need to worry about deciding which exercises to do, zing creates the routine for me. The only thing I would like you to consider is adding more equipment to the list, my gym has other equipment I would like to try out but I need your help ;)

This app is amazing. It helps me stay consistent and is very motivating. The workouts are effective and I’m seeing results after only 3 weeks!

The connectivity with Apple watch has been great especially when completing a set and clicking the watch to start the rest period instead of having to walk over to the phone.
I dinged it 1 star because it doesn't allow the user to insert custom exercises (that I know of). I have a unique gym set up where I have Lever arms, landmine, and a couple other pieces of equipment that I'd like to integrate (or better yet have Zing integrate for me) into the workout.
The app notifications have been nice to stay motivated but I'd be curious how personalized they are to me. Based on that quiz you'd think they would know so much about me.
Finally, it would be nice to have them tell me what phase of training I am in at the moment. I've only used for a week so maybe it changes on it's own, but with all the analytics it would be great to know if I am in a 4 weeks build phase, shred phase etc. Also, it spits out 4 sets of the same reps and weights. While I can change them manually, it would be nice to have it increase or decrease automatically based on the weight and reps I achieved. Also, only random exercises ask for a RPE, which both have been bodyweight exercises. I used to train on Volt which gave me a RPE after every set and it used that data to tweak my next set to ensure I was not over or undertraining. These are small things that would make this app 5/5. I hope this feedback helps the dev team. For reference I am a former NASM, NCSF, APEX certified fitness trainer, have a BS in Kinesiology, and a doctorate in Chiropractic.

The training programs & videos are very good with prompts during the exercises which I find helpful, only my first day but I am impress.

Started today. Looked good but couldn’t get the body composition scan to work. It asked me to change clothes so I did several times. I changed positions and rooms and lights and then it asked me to email. If I wanted a fitness coach to be this frustrating I’d have a real one. This was supposed to be easy but was a v pain from the start. Cancelled my 30 day trial. For the frustration and time it took to not get a body composition I might as well plan it myself for free. Rubbish

Really cool app with a lot of impressive features like testing your flexibility live and body scanning for fat and muscle percentage.
And I love not having to plan workouts in the gym cos I can never think of new things to do and it's boring. Whereas with the app I don't have to think about it, which is great, and if I don't like something I can still tweak it really easily.

I really like the trainings, but the chat is not connected to the planner and the planner does not get updated with real data of trainings

I started using the app this Summer. I am a teacher and a father with two boys that I am driving around a lot! Zing has allowed me to adapt my workouts daily to fit with my schedule and how my body is reacting. It has provided stability in my workouts and I am achieving the goals I set out at the start of using this system. The coaching is great and I find myself improving my form every time I use it. I never feel overwhelmed by the workouts and yet feel adequately challenged. I highly recommend checking it out.

The Zing Coach experience is pretty good sometimes in adjusting my workouts I think the weight increase is too aggressive and should be slightly lower given that I am 71. I want to increase resistance but not quite so rapidly so I have to keep on dialling it back. Your coach is quickly. Give me a good information when I ask, it’s all AI So there are limits, but in general, I find it helpful the best thing about your app that I tell her to people is that the routines get varied so that when I get to the gym after having trained for 40 years, I don’t have to decide what to do. You just got a fresh workout for me and it seems pretty balanced. I do find your app a little expensive and I don’t understand scanning function sufficiently because it seems I have to pay another $25 US for each scan. I would like to know if this is true or not you can write me back otherwise, other than being pricey I think it’s a good tool for my workouts.

Zing really cares about the product.
I don't know any other fitness apps that are so cutting-edge in technology.
They also have a lot of workouts suitable for home and gym sessions.
I love my streak progress too! It keeps me motivated somehow! :)

This app has helped to create my sports routine, it keeps me accountable and I like to that it’s convenient to use both when I am training home and in the gym. They anlso constantly add new cool features like cardio, that make my workouts more interesting and diverse. Love it, best app I’ve tried so far.

I can only recommend this app, I started using it around 3 months ago after having a bad experience with a PT. I like the flexibility to work out whenever is convenient to my own schedule and that I can change the suggested exercises easily

This app is very convenient when it comes to tracking and recording workouts. I like that it gives you a baseline of workouts to accomplish, the areas to concentrate on, but gives you the opportunity to switch a lift to something else if you don't have the equipment or can't handle a move. The scan gives you a good insight of what you need to do and how to accomplish as well. I look forward to seeing how it adapts to my weight that I lift as I progress through.

This app is the only one that has satisfied my way of doing workout. Been very consistent. It’s coming from a person who is very lazy and procrastinate a lots.
Also the costumer service is so sweet.

Love that I can create workouts wherever I am with whatever equipment I have.

I can not rave about Zing enough! As a new mom, I was really struggling with getting back into a workout routine and Zing was exactly what I needed! I've been doing Zing workouts for almost three months now and haven't missed a morning workout yet! I love how you can pick the amount of times you workout in a week but even on the non-work out days they offer a recovery workout that helps you stretch out your sore muscles. After every workout you get to share if it was too hard, perfect, or too easy which then modifies your following workouts accordingly. I also love how you can put in what workout equipment you have and then you gives you workouts based specifically on that but it is easily changeable if you happen to be in a gym and have more equipment available! The other super awesome feature this app offers is the body scan so then it uses that information to cater the workouts specific to your needs. Seriously this app has helped me so much with getting closer to my pre-baby weight & has supported my mental health so much during some tough times, I highly recommend it!

The app is great and it keeps me motivated to stay consistent and workout daily. However, it’s very repetitive and I wish I could rate each individual exercise from the workout to let the app know what I do and don’t want to do again. This added feature would make the workouts more interesting to me.

It's not a bad app but there are many things they can improve, sometimes the IA gets confused and gives you the same routine several times. Also, it's a shame that it's incompatible with Garmin watches...
