Zip Hearing has been an incredible experience for me, a first-time hearing aid purchaser. They understand the concept of customer service and deliver it efficiently and professionally. My contact, Grant Davidson, was friendly, informative, cooperative, etc while serving a neophyte who changed his mind a number of times during the process. I highly recommend Zip Hearing to anyone looking for a comprehensive hearing aid vendor at significantly reduced prices compared to purchasing them through private hearing aid professsionas.

I have worn hearing aids for 9 years and recently needed to replace the aids I have been wearing. Because I knew there had been significant improvements in hearing aids since my last purchase, I did a great deal of online research on the different models and providers. I actually came across Zip Hearing by accident. I had been looking at two other online providers when I discovered Zip's website. After reading several reviews which noted the excellent customer service, I decided to give them a try. When I contacted them, I found the customer service representative that I spoke with very knowledgeable of their products and addressed all my questions completely. The representative set up an appointment for me with a local audiologist. The audioogist was very thorough and definitely concerned that I got the right hearing aids for my needs. Even though I was pleased with the conversation I had with Zip Hearing, I continued to do some more research and comparison with other providers online to ensure I had the best source for my needs. After a couple of days I came back to Zip and placed my order. They immediately processed the purchase. I met with the audiologist about 10 days later to be fitted with my new hearing aids. I probably could have set it up earlier, but I knew I would be out of town for 5 days. I am very pleased with my new hearing aids. The technology is so much better than my previous aids. Zip Hearing made this process very easy, and the price I paid was very competitive. I am happy I chose Zip Hearing, and I would highly recommend them to anyone searching for hearing aids.

Following my purchase of Resound Hearing Aids at a great price I received the highest quality support from their Audiologist. Subsequently I relocated to a different state and when 6 months later as required both the origional Audiologist and the fine folks at Zip rendered support as needed. Zip then referred me to a nearby hearing aid specialist for future follow up. Five stars just doesn't say enough. Thanks Zip

Buying online with ZipHearing was a great experience and provided considerable savings over my last set of hearing aids. Their local audiologist was thorough in their testing and made settings that made a big improvement over my old hearing aids. Also, the ZipHearing representative has followed up a couple of times to address minor issues to make sure that I was satisfied with my purchase.

Why pay retail? Easy means to get a steep discount on hearing aids. The ZipHearing representative was knowledgeable and helpful. No pressured sales here. Unlike other audio specialists I have seen who have a strong preference or favorite company, ZipHearing was neutral, which I very much appreciated. ZipHearing located a specialist close by who received the hearing aids I wanted. They were delivered to the audio specialist in just a few days. Best yet, I saved about 1/3 of the retail price. You get the same warranty as retail and one year of free visits with the audio specialist who does the fitting and adustments.

My experience with Zip Hearing has been more than satisfactory. I recommend them to anyone whose hearing loss has progressed to where aids are required. It was pretty much a "no brainer". l feel confident the assigned hearing specialist recommended will serve me well. I am so glad I took the time to inquire with Zip. I've never used hearing aids before so it was a scary experience to purchase them online. Grant patiently responded to all of my questions and helped guide me through the process. ZipHearing's prices were reasonable compared to other providers. Loved the local provider that ZipHearing used for set-up when the aids arrived! ZipHearing filed my insurance claim and payment was received promptly. I totally recommend ZipHearing and will definitely use them when I need to replace my current set of hearing aids.

After thoroughly researching this purchase, I was looking for an arrangement that provided: 1)personalized in-person fitting and follow-up care by a qualified hearing specialist and 2) a purchase arrangement that provides a selection of quality hearing aids, a company that was not an online ordering site but was staffed by a team that actually answered the phone and that was primarily interested in assessing my needs, recommending a suitable choice of hearing aids to best meet my needs, and providing a local hearing specialist for at least one year of care, and 3)an affordable cost for the best aids available. ZIPHEARING EXCEEDED ALL 3 OF MY CRITERIA. I saved over $1,000, and am receiving local in-person hearing aid fitting and care. I highly recommend ZIPHEARING. I am writing you to express my acknowledgement for your outstanding company. In this day of “customer service” one can only hope that the experience will meet expectations. Unfortunately, most often I have found this not to be the case. This is especially true in my experiences when dealing with “internet” providers and offshore companies. Having never owned or used hearing aids I had the pleasure of dealing directly with Jeff Hall on more than one occasion. Not only was there a “substantial” savings but his vast subject knowledge and prompt response allowed me to choose the correct product for my situation. He underscores and clearly defines what premier customer service is and should be.

His attention to detail and most importantly his follow through clearly sets ZIPHearing apart from others. His excellent people skills are something that I have found to be lacking in my other experiences with other online providers.

From initial inquiry to final fitting by an extremely local professional audiologist the process was seamless.

It is for this reason that I encourage without reservation everyone to consider ZIPHearing when looking for hearing aids. After all is it not the service levels that differentiate them from the herd?

I had my yearly hearing test with my audiologist. Since there was new technology available, she suggested an upgrade. Later that week, a friend recommended Zip Hearing. She recently purchased her hearing aids from this online company and was very pleased. After initially being skeptical, I contacted Zip Hearing and received pricing. I found there was a huge savings. I ordered them! Within 24 hours, their audiologist scheduled an appointment to review my hearing test result, created the paperwork and fitted my hearing aids.
