After developing a couple of clock apps…
After developing a couple of clock apps for around 10 years I was approached by Adir from zipoapps, asking if I would sell. I decided to try the process and found it short and simple. I am Happy with the deal I made.
Legitimate, trustworthy and professional.
I developed Photo Widget app with over 1.7 million downloads on Google Play. After around 2 years since I first released my app, ZipoApps approached me and said they would like to acquire my app.
The process was pretty simple. Firstly, they asked me to provide some basic information (Ads revenue, IAP revenue, user acquisition cost and so on) for their evaluation. After they reviewed the app they gave me a price to purchase.
After I accepted the offer, ZipoApps began their due diligence/checking process. They requested me to provide Google Play Console read-only access, asked me some questions and scheduled a video call to evaluate the source code. The process was quick and easy. After a few days, they said they were happy with the results so we proceeded to sign a contract.
After that, we used Escrow.com to do the transaction. ZipoApps sent the payment to Escrow.com. After the payment secured, I requested Google Play app transfer and transferred app source code, graphics, instructions and so on to ZipoApps. In around 4 days, after they inspected everything and make sure no any major issue, they released the payment to my bank account.
