The only way to rate this place is less than a zero, ordered shoes on July of 2020 and never received my order, again this company is bogus!!!!!!

Stay away!!!!!! Ordered shoes April 2020 and they never arrived. Listened to all kinds of excuses from company about delays due to covid and here it is 2021 and I have not received shoes!!!!!

Reason I paid for a pair of shoe in Murch.
In April I got a message of receiving an item for me (royal mail)from Wana X 109 ping in chains promising that they will keep updating me as I can also track it ( LX102017559 can &vhbhDaUt2kg. And in July I got text me reading that my address does exist yet it's there.(10 Greenock road)

These guys are scam bugs. I ordered items worth $100 since April and never receive them. I asked for refund and they are asking me to return the items before getting the refund. When I asked how can I return something I didn’t receive they are blaming COVID causing delays. Beware people!

Unfortunately, I, like many others in this thread, should have read the reviews before making a purchase. In July 2020, I ordered shoes ($80) and never received them or a refund.

They asked for patience with delivery due to covid delays and I understood. They generated a shipping tracking label that expired after some time and likely shipped the shoes. It's now November and all I have are emails saying be patient; they're looking into it;
they're bumping it up to Management; but no shoes.

I'll be hesitant to trust companies that are not under the umbrella of an Amazon-type company or doesn't accept PayPal.

Order passed on June 13th and now Oct. 29 still waiting the shoes. After leaving a messsge the companie told me they shipped it but never received. I ask for a refund and they refused and told me to wait. No !

I ordered a pair of black sneakers in July 2020, as of this date October 18, 2020, I have not received anything. However, my monthly statement has a payment for the sneakers posted in July. Do not order from this company it is a scam.

I’ve been waiting over 2 months for my order, I will never use this company again. A real rip off.

I paid for a pair of shoes on the 2nd of June 2020 and I have not yet received them 3 months later. When you email to complain they use deflection tactics by first of all by ignoring you completely then blame Covid for everything saying my shoes will arrive soon. I ordered 2 sweatsuits and received one 3 months after it was shipped. I was told they ship items separately but I only received one shipping and tracking notification. Please do not buy anything from this company! This is a total rip-off!

I ordered a pair of sneakers more than 3 months ago. i have still not received the goods. I emailed them and they responded that they would get management intervention. It is almost reaching a month and i have still not got further communication.
Is this a fraudulent company? how can FB allow such???

You people kept on saying my order is at my post office, I requested a tracking number never got it. I understand and know very well that due to covid-19 there were some delays but you people never shipped my order from the beginning.

Right now it's over a month once again been requesting for a refund, since i cant deal with unreliable bunch of liars..i just wonder how you people run a business.

I send countless emails and still waiting. Since you ppl said you'll speak to your management it's been over a month how pathetic you are.

This company is a total scam. They take your money and never send the merchandise. I ordered on June 11 and as of August 17 I still had not received the merchandise. They were angry that I inquired and finally asked for a refund. Disputed the transaction through my bank

This company is a sham. Take your money, send you nothing but promises. Fortunately my credit card will adjust the balance and follow up on fraud. How could Facebook allow this company to advertise such bogus practices. Don't fall for it.
