I cannot say enough positive words regarding not only ZLINE appliances, but their customer care team as well. I had a few hiccups when ordering my appliances and ZLINES customer service team came to my rescue! It is so hard to get a live human on the phone with other companies, but not this one. I was immediately forwarded to the sweetest team who assisted quickly with my needs. Because of how they handled my customer service needs and because of the quality of the appliances, I will be a ZLINE customer for life!

I bought the package deal of Zline appliances when we remodeled our kitchen. First off I have to say I bought them because they are beautiful to look at. Second off I would say I So Wish I Had Not Bought Them. These appliances in the first 8-12 months have to be the worst purchase I’ve probably ever made. I wish I had read the reviews before buying. At about 8 months in my refrigerator broke down. It took Zline 3 months and several failed attempts at repair before they finally brought me out a new refrigerator. In the mean time I lost close to $400.00 dollars worth of food in my refrigerator and also had to pay $150.00 per month to rent a new refrigerator while waiting on them to repair or exchange my existing fridge. So now I’ve lost $400.00 plus spent another $450.00 to rent. They finally got tired of trying to repair and sent new fridge… for my troubles they gave me a check for $200.00 which to me was sad and condescending. So about 11 months and two week into my warranty on my stove .( I got the 30” duel fuel ) my bottom burner in my oven goes out. ( after looking at reviews I see this happens a lot ) . I called Zline and they gave me the run around on how my warranty was up… I proceeded to tell them to check their records I still had two weeks left on my warranty. So now I kind of have to back up and explain to you that Z line really does not have repairmen that are able to work on their appliances. When my refrigerator broke down, this is their protocol.; you as a consumer need to take a picture and a short video, explaining what the problem is. Then you as the consumer need to email this to their customer service department, who then sent it to whoever, that tries to find a repairman in your vicinity to come out and look at your appliance. But, this is a big but they won’t come out and look at your appliance until what ever part they think from your video that you need and so they send you that part and once you receive it then it takes like another two weeks for them to schedule an appointment for a repairman to come out and fix the problem…. Now try doing that like three times in a row because the right part wasn’t sent or the repairman that they sent out doesn’t really know how to work on a Z line refrigerator. We went through this process 3 to 4 times. Which I can only tell you became very, very extremely annoying. So being three months without a refrigerator and spending about $850 they cut me a condescending check for $200 for my troubles. But now I have an oven that’s broke down so they tell me can you please take a picture of what part of the oven you feel like isn’t working, then send us the pictures and then will order the part, and once the part arrives, will send out a repair man. Which they did, and to their usual ineptness the repairman did not know how to fix it, and even said it wasn’t the right part. So now I spend another two weeks with this repair man talking to Z line trying to figure out what part it is I really need finally after about four weeks they decide that I have the right part after all. So now we’re coming up on the holidays and I have no oven and I’ve been going back-and-forth with them now for almost 3 months. I decide to take matters into my own hands and hire a repairman, and he comes out first day with the part that they’ve given me and fixes my oven. now this repairman that I hired charged me $400 to fix my oven. So now Zline I was going to send me a new oven . I told them they didn’t have to that I had gotten someone to repair it and it cost me $400 so I would like to be reimbursed for my $400. At this time they told me that they would not be able to reimburse me for any of it because I did it on my own and it really wasn’t under warranty. Now again, I tell them to check their records because it was under warranty and they tell me well will give you a check for $100???? I tell them $100 doesn’t even come close to. I’ve been out of oven for almost 3 months and I had to spend $400 my own money to get it fixed . They eventually sent me a check for $200 seeing how they felt like it was half their problem and half mine because I had gone over there ahead to get it fixed. Duh after waiting forever and they can’t get there mess together enough to try to fix any of their own appliances. I got it fixed on my own . Needless to say I bought these appliances at Lowe’s. I’ve gone to Lowe’s several times and told them of all the problems. I really feel like they need to stop selling this appliance, and I would advise anyone I ever speak to DO NOT BUY A ZLINE APPLIANCE. i’m just waiting now to see when my dishwasher and my microwave are going to go out. This appliance is pretty and when it works they are great but I would never buy one of their appliances again. Do yourself a favor and spend a little more money and get something that’s gonna work.

I ordered replacement parts for my zline range/hood and replaced right away when I received them. To my dismay, I ordered the incorrect items. I reordered additional parts and was awaiting delivery when I received a call from zline. I was skeptical at first due to all of the scam calls but took the chance and answered anyway. To my surprise there was a very helpful service rep who told me she was reviewing the item I ordered previously. As it turned out I ordered incompatible parts. She asked me several questions and corrected my order to ensure I had the right parts to take everything back to perfect! Who thought anyone would take the time to look out for you that way. She was awsome and I hope you get to work with her if you have to call! Thanks Zline

The issues I have been having with my appliance, which the company does not ship to Canada they have gone above and beyond to make sure I get the parts needed. Very polite on the phone as well!

Zline Customer Service cares about their products. They responded to me by email or telephone walking me through the troubleshooting steps including video instructions. Every question I had they had an answer. One great think I appreciate is their follow through on making sure you are satisfied.
Zline does not stand 100% behind their products! We bought a zline kitchen package in March from Best Buy. The double oven went out in 6 months. While Zline did replace the unit, they would not deliver into my home and left it in the driveway. They also would not cover removal and haul away of the old unit and installation of the new unit. Best Buy would also not assist with any of the $350 cost to replace the broken unit. I would never buy Zline again.

Rectified the issue in short order. Spoke with a rep related to an oven burner issue. Shortley after I provided the request info and related pictures, ZLINE contacted me and advised they are shipping out a replacement part immediately. Good customer service reps.
Zline has been amazing! The support is top notch and makes the customer experience great. We have enjoyed our hood range for several years now. If and when it ever gives out, we will certainly invest in another Zline product for its replacement or in addition to!
After years of a great oven and cooktop, it recently stopped working. Ryleigh took over and sent me a bottom element. She knew that i was having a difficult time and took charge to help me. Now I have my stove up and working great! Love my Slime appliances!!

Zline has made my day!! Reagan was so helpful! My 2013 Rangehood needed a new hood light replacement and one of the settings on the fan wouldn't work anymore. They hooked me up and sent installation videos how to replace the parts as well. What great service, customer kindness and response that I have not experienced in such a long time.
Zline has given me hope that there still are companies out there that believe in going above and beyond customer expectation and offering exceptional service and not always focused on the mighty dollar. They truly wanted to help solve the problems with my hood at a high level. Parts are on the way and I'm ecstatic to have my hood in full working order.

Purchased this single wall oven through Home Depot, was OK at first but the self clean usually didn’t work and the clock didn’t keep time. After less than two years the oven started beeping over and over, blank display and wouldn’t turn on. ZLine recommend I contact a service technician as they don’t have authorized repair contractors in my area (Denver). Technician obviously wanted nothing to do with the oven when he saw the brand, told me it needed a control board then gave me the run around about how he couldn’t get parts. I ended up purchasing a control board directly from ZLine which did not fix the issue. Contacted ZLine again and they told me if the board didn’t fix it the oven is probably not repairable but I could purchase another control board if I wanted to rule out the possibility the one they sent me was bad.

First - the nicest people are in Cust Svc at ZLINE.
Second - they understood my range hood issue and quickly determined the parts that I needed. When I was anxious about installing them, they assured me that the install was "plug & play". They even send 3 short videos on how to install.
Third: Most importantly - they stand by their amazing products - I've purchased 3 range hoods for 3 different remodels. They are powerful, easy to clean - I can't find anything bad to say about the hoods.
