I purchased a full suite of ZLINE appliances less than two years ago when I remodeled my kitchen, and I’ve been nothing short of disappointed:
1. Refrigerator Ice Maker (Broken Since December)
• Issue: The ice maker has not produced a single cube since late December.
• Service Visits:
• Three separate visits by a technician, each time installing a different replacement part.
• After every visit, no improvement—ice still won’t form.
• Each time the technician calls ZLINE, they speculate it “could be another part,” so the cycle repeats.
• Impact: I rely on ice for daily use and entertaining guests—this has been a total fail.
2. Cooktop Burner Problems
• Flame Control: Two of the six burners won’t adjust properly—either full blast or nothing.
• Flame Color: All burners burn with an orange flame (instead of the safe, efficient blue), causing soot buildup on every pot I use.
• Cleanup Hassle: My cookware is permanently blackened; cleaning takes forever, so I’ve stopped using the stovetop altogether.
• Warranty Runaround:
• I first filed a claim in February with New Leaf (ZLINE’s primary warranty administrator).
• They subcontracted to Sears for service.
• Since March 1, Sears has repeatedly scheduled appointments—only to report they can’t reach ZLINE to order the necessary parts.
• I’ve taken time off work twice for “scheduled” repairs that never happen.
3. Dishwasher Malfunction

These appliances are sold as “attainable luxury,” but my experience has been the opposite. I would never purchase ZLINE again—even if they were free. The products are unreliable, and the multi-layered warranty process is an absolute nightmare. I strongly advise anyone considering ZLINE to look elsewhere.
If there was a way to give Z-Line and their third-party warranty people 0 star I would. New Leaf customer service is the worst.

These two people are Kelly in Reno and Lindsey in Tennessee. Employees like these make your company look like it actually DOES take customer service seriously. research before you do
paid premium Price for all kitchen appliances , installed an insert hood by a Pro ,Found out control Panel loose as it seems its glued in . filed a case with Zline with no Response called back ,they claimed they sent me an email ,then i was told that there is no labor warranty on hoods , I tried to explain to them that its a defect and the panel is glued in and some how was loose but they insisted that they need a video so they can send me the parts , there is no parts to send it just needs to be glued back on . Sadly all my appliances are from Zline

We had a deterioration issue with the door to our ZLINE oven that we purchased 4 years ago. I was treated so graciously by the two people that I spoke with in customer service and they decided to replace the door even though it was out of warranty. I bought a ZLINE range, dishwasher, and microwave approximately 3 years ago. We received the recall stating our model might be leaking carbon monoxide. They came to service it but then we were told the problem was not fixed. They replaced the oven but it has never worked right. I ruined Christmas dinner because it was undercooked. My daughter is a baker and having issues. Last month they sent me a new know stating that might be the issue but we then realized the oven does not go above 350 degrees no matter where you set it. I emailed back and was told that my warranty was up. What a waste of money and 3 years of my life. My dishwasher is subpar too. The dry cycle does not work.

I am beyond frustrated with my Zline appliances. I have been dealing with Zline for MONTHS now trying to get my freezer and oven fixed. I haven't even had these appliances for over 6 months, and they still don't work. Zline contacted an appliance repair shop and still waiting on them to schedule the repairs after 4 plus months many emails, many videos, phone calls, and pictures sent.
I woke up today and my refrigerator stopped working. This happened a few months ago and I notified Zline. I unplugged it and then it starting getting cold again. This time it is not changing to cold. I should not have to deal with this when we spent so much money on these appliances. All my food has to be moved to the garage refrigerator. These were meant to be high end appliances and they have caused me nothing but trouble.
I cannot wait a week for another reply. The communication is very poor and waiting time to get anything complete is the lowest standard of customer service I have ever experienced. I just want appliances that I don't have to worry about. I will take this to the highest level to get this resolved. I am a mom and my kitchen is extremely important to me.
Zline has received from me every serial number, photo and receipts to my appliances. This is not fair to any consumer and these products should not be on the market.
Dealing with Zline customer service has been very frustrating. It seems as though they make everything (replying to emails, asking for videos, pictures, finding a repair shop, etc.) take as long as possible so consumers will just give up. I have never been so disappointed with the way this company has handled this entire process. All I want is my appliances fixed and all the time I have spent on the phone, sending emails, and dealing with "Zlines" appliances repairs shop has been so difficult. It has been over four months, and my appliances still are not fixed. I woke up today and my refrigerator stopped working. Do not buy these appliances, because if something goes wrong do not expect the company to take care of you. They will drag it out as long as possible, hoping the consumer will give up.

We purchased all zline appliances after a full first floor renovation due to a fire. The appliance package had RAS 36 gas/electric stove, we picked the white front, dishwasher, refrigerator and in cabinet microwave. We paid around $15,000 total, that was on sale for memorial day. In less than one year after instillation our dishwasher blitzed out. After many calls to zline and video etc. they decided to send a service person to replace the motherboard. In 2-months the dishwasher buttons were not responding and we called again. Zline was very unaccommodating, and the worst company to deal with. We were told our appliances were not in warranty as it had been a year since our purchase. I explained that our kitchen was under construction and that i had pictures to prove that they were not installed until the end of September( even then we didn't move back in until Nov) But they wouldn't even hear us out. It was more than frustrating. I ended up buying a kitchenaid dishwasher 1 year after using my brand new zline dishwasher, and had to spend another $3000. I have now spent $18,000 total. Now today our oven heating element is spent. I had noticed that the oven has always taken a very long time to heat, and I assumed it was because it is bigger than the one I was used to. From the beginning it didn't cook even, and i have struggled to figure it out. My daughter came to stay and it took her 1.5 hours to heat chicken nuggets in the oven. she started to look at it and noticed only the center top oven ring was hot. You could touch the outer ring with your hands. I am beyond frustrated and angry. I did some research and this apparently is a common problem as the heating elements commonly melt and they are replacing them with a new part, however no recall? As we all know I do not have a warrantee, any company that only guarantee's their products for 1 year should have been my first clue, ugh! I went to zline site to try and order the part and they are sold out! Huh, I wonder why? If I knew what I know now I would have never bought from this company. They don’t back their product plain and simple. I will tell everyone I know to never buy Zline!

ZLINE charged my credit card right away for $300 and never shipped my extension as of March 19th I have not received any update on my order. Since the initial purchase & installation by/from Lowe's online this refrigerator has intermittent issues. Water/ice dispenser sometimes works and sometimes does not work. This refrigerator also has intermittent issues of tripping a dedicated circuit breaker. I have also gone as far as replacing the circuit breaker and it still trips. Previous refrigerator drew more amps than this one. So, definitely a problem here.
I thought Iwas buying a quality item. Luxury obtained, my a#@. But, that is not even close to what is really upsetting. Contacted them for warranty support. Went online to initially fill out and received a response back that day. They requested the same information that was provided in the initial setup. Wow. Responded to that and it has been over 5 days without a response to that. I generated another response this morning asking for a 3rd time to correct this problem. We'll see where this goes.
But, right now. What a piece of junk. Just like our previous Samsung Chef Collection $4800 piece of junk. Will never buy another Samsung product again. And am on the verge of never buying another Zline product. Buyer beware.

We have experienced terrible customer service. We have used Zline Appliances on several projects and never had any issues. The last project included a complete Zline appliance package. After one year, the controller fell out of the vent hood. It was just shoved in, and there was not a bracket to attach the controller to. We have been on many calls, on hold for long periods, and many emails back and forth, and after more than a month, there is still no resolution. It usually takes them a week to respond to emails, and they continue to repeat themselves and do not listen to or read our responses. Very frustrated!
