I ordered a pair of shoes and they weren’t to my liking so I explained the situation to the owners/employees and the were very understanding and ordered me a way better pair!and now I’m an even happier customer

The shoes are real and less expensive than anywhere else

I was hesitant at first, and considered asking for refund, several. Day later packaged arrived with the right shoes my girlfriend was very happy with her new shoes. I would buy from s earphone again

This is my first order for this kind of sneakers, unfortunately the quality of the sneakers were not as expected, i do own couple of original ones and the quality is not as advertised, they were good but not as good as the original i would say 75% good, i ordered 2 pair of shoes the first one i ordered was AF1 suede beige i got one in leather , the other one was a low dunk Jordans and it was good but the padding was very low which makes it uncomfortable at all.
worth mentioning also the delivery took almost 4 weeks to get to me!!

Shoes came pretty quick and in great condition, Definitely recommend, will order again! + great customer service! Initially they sent me the wrong size but once I emailed them, they offered me an exchange/refund and a discount and I reordered and they came in the right size.

So pleased with the service. I honestly thought this was a scam but the lady and gentleman I was in contact with assured me that I would get my order. I was sent an email with a tracking number a week after paying and when I received it, the tracking number didn't work so I immediately thought I got ripped off. I reached back out with concern and the customer service guy emailed me back so quickly. He sent a picture of my shoes with the shipping information and it worked! two weeks later I got my order. Im beyond happy with my purchase. My only comment is that they took very long to arrive but the customer service was amazing and I will definitely be placing another order.

I don't usually give review, but let me tell you the customer service it’s EXTRAORDINARY. My daughter was driving me crazy about one of the sneakers in the website. Thanks their helpful and friendly staff, we finally were able to get the perfect pair. It took around 15 business days (3 weeks) to get it but they were kindly enough to give us updates every time ! Thanks again, will be getting another sneakers for sure.
