The company offers 6x6 metal prints. But when I uploaded and saved my photos and hit “order” a box came up asking if I’d like to upgrade to 8x8. There was no way to decline the upgrade, just a button for add to cart. I feel this is a bait and switch con job. Also, they advertise 20% off your first order, but you get a message that your order doesn’t qualify for the first order discount. Very untrustworthy in my opinion.
Quality not Professionally
I am a professional photographer and their metal prints are definately not the same quality as other professional printers such as Millers Pro and Bayphoto. I ordered a large 36x48" Black and White on gloss metal. They reprinted it once for me because of the quality but the print came out the same. It was shades of gray and definitely not Sharp black & white. I will not use their services again. Also disappointed that their product is coming directly from China as they masquarade as an American company with offices in San Francisco & Houston.
Decided to give their 'Little Black Book' a try
ZNO have been pushing their 'Little Black Books' via Instagram and it made me curious to see what they could do for a mere £6.00 a copy.
Their book prep template was limited but worked fine for my purpose - just a book of 20 square black & white images, no text is offered except on the cover and spine.
Ordered two copies of the same book, total £12, but then the postage costs added another £5.75. Ok, figured that was still reasonable seeing as they are made in China!
Pleasantly surprised when I received them just over two weeks later. Extremely well packaged, a stout cardboard box and plenty of packing, they arrived in pristine condition and exceeded my expectations.
Ok, so they are a bit like the kind of books you buy for toddlers, thick cardboard pages, solid covers and *very* robust, but they are remarkably well printed, matching the original tones of the black & white images perfectly.
There's something about their chunky nature that makes them quite attractive and desirable, despite their simplicity, and for the kind of picture presentation I had envisaged they fit the bill perfectly. A 'mini exhibition' you can give people to illustrate the type of work you do.

Lost in transit
I can't rate the quality of my order (a photo book), because it never arrived and I'm not even sure it was actually ever shipped.
I ordered within the shipping deadline for Christmas (as it was supposed to be a gift) and paid extra for priority shipping. According to the website, my order was shipped a week ago, but the tracking button and the tracking number do not work. I contacted customer service, and they also cannot access the tracking information for my package. They also did not know who their delivery partner is either.
I am very disappointed in their service. They are not offering any sort of commercial gesture. I spent 200 euros for literally nothing and am now missing a Christmas gift for a loved one.
I have actually ordered from Zno several times in the past, with good experiences. Very sad to see how much the company has gone down the drain. I will not order from them again and I would not recommend them.

Good quality and turnaround
I was printing a few albums and decided to give them a try. I'm a professional photographer and have been for about 20 years. I ordered their matted album with lustre prints, white pages, and the brown linen cover. The album came extremely fast, and the quality was just as good as other professional album companies. I'm super happy with it.
Cannot order parents albums
I am ordering a flush mount album, and it refuses to allow me to add one or two parents albums with it. Since you cannot order it later, this option needs to be there and it is not. NO ANSWER FROM STAFF, I CANNOT ORDER PARENTS ALBUM, CALL ME

I had the pleasure of working with Zno for a recent album order, and I couldn't be more impressed with their outstanding customer service! After noticing minor a tiny scuff to a wedding album upon unpacking, I reached out to their team to resolve the issue. Kelly was incredibly responsive and professional, I offered to send the album back and have only the cover remade as it was a very large album with lots of pages. But Kelly offered a solution to reprint the entire album rather than just the cover, which I truly appreciated.
Throughout the process, the Zno team was attentive and provided clear communication, even merging my new order with the existing one to save on shipping costs. They also kept me informed every step of the way, ensuring everything was taken care of in a timely manner. I felt valued as a customer, and their dedication to providing excellent support really stood out.

I have an account and have made many books. However, my pro plan is expiring and I have not been able to get into my account the last three days and there is no one to contact....no one and I was trying to meet their deadline. Totally upset as I have paid them through my account.
A review about ZNO
A few years ago, I engaged the services of ZNO and made the initial payment via my debit card in 2020. Subsequently, they set up a direct debit arrangement with my bank account, deducting $20 at regular intervals.
Recently, I discovered a concerning issue with my St George Bank account in Australia. It has come to my attention that, without obtaining my prior consent, ZNO has been deducting US$20 from my account every three months for the past 4 to 5 years. Throughout this period, I did not utilize any of their services, and to the best of my memory, I explicitly requested approximately 4 to 5 years ago that no deductions should be made from my bank account for any purpose or under any alleged plan.
Despite this, ZNO eventually agreed to reimburse me the deducted amount. However, instead of transferring the funds back to my bank account, they deposited the money into my PayPal account. Unfortunately, ZNO neglected to cover the necessary processing fees associated with PayPal, resulting in me being charged for a transaction in which I should not have incurred any fees.
I firmly believe that ZNO should bear the responsibility for the PayPal fees rather than passing the cost on to me. Despite numerous requests, they have consistently declined to reimburse me for these charges. This experience has led me to question the integrity and trustworthiness of ZNO as an organization.

I have no idea where these bad reviews are coming from. I have been doing photography and having photo books made for many years and I can say without hesitation this is the best product as well as the best customer service I have experience in many years. The product is near perfect and the outcome exceeded my expectations. Moreover, I was enrolled in their pro plan, which provided very usable perks and exceedingly fast shipping. I’ve ordered three products with this company and I am three for three for perfect products and delivery. My two cents…

I don’t even know where to begin with this “service”. I had already promised a client this specific photo album and was forced to follow through with it because of it potentially damaging my reputation. I had a promo code for 50% off so I had quoted my client a lower price. That was a HUGE mistake. The website is absolutely TRASH. It took me literally days and days to get the thing ordered because there was an error every single time and then it wouldn’t save the album I created. FINALLY after literally 5 or 6 days of this crap- customer service FINALLY responded with absolutely unhelpful advice. At that point I had already gotten it ordered but of course the promo code didn’t work. I also had to pay for priority shipping on top of my loss because of the amount of RIDICULOUS time it took to get me to order it. Customer service is the worst I’ve ever dealt with and naturally, wouldn’t help me with anything. They suggested I use the SAME promo code that didn’t work the first time on my second order so I can get the discount. YEAH OK.

Surprisingly beautiful!!
I was very hesitant to purchase my wedding album from zno because of the negative reviews I saw online. But I decided to risk it and order it anyway. My album came out absolutely beautiful!! Amazing high end quality, clear pictures made from beautiful material pages, and the leather is stunning. I highly recommend using zno!! Also it arrived less than a week after I ordered it!! You won’t regret your purchase!!
Workers at ZNO cant measure, aspect ratio is wrong
Even after I sent customer service pictures with a tape measure of a 16 x 20 print that is not the right length they still insist that there metric measurement in centimeters of 41 x 51 is correct...
A 16x20 is 406 x 508 millimeters, even if they had cut it right at 41x51 it still would not fit into a frame made for a 16x20 print. This print is mounted on styrene.

print #2 = 412 x 510
Even if it was printed correctly I would have to cut it down to the right size, there is also a 1/2 inch border specifically so that the title block would show in a frame, it does not, the frame would cover the lettering.
I did not want a third print and they refused to give me a refund, there customer service is unprofessional and they only thing they have been trained to do is not give refunds.
If you order from them you have a 60% chance that they will get it right the first time.
They will reprint an order and send it right back to you whether it is correct or not but they will not give you a refund.
Worthless company, I will never order from them again.
Terrible quality and bad costumer service
Worst and unprofessional printing and costumer service I experienced! I ordered my wedding album through ZNO, Uploaded high resolution - top quality photos, and I received a totally different album - with low quality blurry and off color photos. When contacting them they said the original photos I uploaded are the problem. Showing them proof of their mistake did not help and they won’t refund me.
