Canceled my order 2 days b4 mothers day, items still in stock

Ordered for mothers day and next day I received an email with no apology saying they'd decided to cancel my order. The products I paid for are still online for sale, available to order but theyve doubled the price. Im pretty angry as cant order elsewhere in time for sunday, horrible company that I wont ever use again.

Poor communication!

I ordered a scarf online on 11th January for delivery to Skye as part of a birthday present.
I received confirmation of my order and a email stating they were getting it ready to ship.
Today three days later I get an email saying that the order has been cancelled "as per your request"?!! I did not request cancellation! If the item is not and has never been in stock then please sort out your online shop, do not take money from customers when you clearly do not have the items to sell!
Also do not make it sound as though I have cancelled when the fault is clearly yours!
Maybe stick to a physical shop.

Placed an order for a Jellycat heart dragon on the 7th December. On the 8th December I get an email saying my item has been dispatched & it's on its way with tracking. Then on the 9th December I get another email saying I'm getting a refund no explanation why. I sent an email on the 9th asking why when I've already received an email saying it's been dispatched. It's now the 20th December still no email reply from Zo&Co.

My delivery arrived with a hole in the box and two bags of chocolates were missing.
I sent a photo to customer care but was told that DPD said the hole wasn't big enough to take chocolates out. How would they know if they hadn't tried. As a pensioner I can't afford losing this

Waited 5 days since ordering my item to tell me they were out of stock (need it for in 2 days time). Really poor customer service too. Avoid. I would have gone elsewhere.
For a store specialising in gifts, they really lack compassion or energy when it comes to timely deliveries.
