Renting a dress from Nobody’s Child
The process of renting a dress was incredibly easy. It was delivered within the requested timeframe and returning the dress was equally uncomplicated and straightforward. I was delighted with the dress which fitted well (I used the sizing guidelines). I will certainly rent a dress again in the future.

Such a great service!
I was so happy to be able to rent a bridal jumpsuit I’d had my eye on for my hen do - I almost felt like the service was too good to be true!
It was amazing quality, lined inside & such a perfect fit overall. I usually struggle with trousers / jumpsuits being too short on me because I’m 5 ft 7, but the length was just right!
I’d definitely recommend this service, it’s an excellent idea for those who want a nice outfit for an event without the extra cost.

Couldn't fault it!
Amazing service from Zoa! It was super easy to order and return my dress and I would highly recommend it to anyone!
I did find the sizing guide on Oh Polly's website a bit difficult to navigate, but just ordered my normal dress size and it fit perfectly!
I emailed Zoa to check in about tracking and their response was super fast. Would recommend and use again. Thanks so much!

Renting was a very easy process
Renting was a very easy process. Dress arrived a day early and in great condition. Returning was very simple, no requesting QR codes etc. I received emails throughout the process. I will definitely rent again and I’ve told all my friends too.

Great rental service!
Great idea to provide a rental service! I didn't test the suit out in the water in the end because the sea was too rough. Fitwise - lower half provided an excellent fit and great coverage but it was way too tight across my bust and shoulders. Will maybe try a size 12.

Regarding the fit, we really appreciate the detail. Our suits are designed for a secure, high-performance fit, but we know that bust and shoulder comfort is key. Since the lower half was perfect, moving up to the size 12 for your next rental sounds like a great shout to get that extra room up top.

Excellent service and products!
Excellent service. The product (Finisterre Women's Kaia 2mm Yulex® Swimsuit) arrived in an impecable condition and very well packed. The item was new (it seems) and clean. The swimsuit arrived very promptly. The box is sturdy enough to use to return the product and the included label made the process very easy.
The customer service is also brilliant - a very helpful agent. I rented a swimsuit for a cold swim at the weekend - I don't know if I need it again and I couldn't afford the full price so the rental is a perfect solution. I would use this company again. Thank you very much!

Dress came damaged
Dress came damaged. There was corset boning sticking out in multiple places and the dress had a hole in, was sent straight back as it was not wearable. The idea of the service is great but the ‘thorough inspection’ the dress’ go through isnt so vigorous as multiple issues were missed.
Zoa were quick to respond and offered an alternative dress unfortunately there was none i liked left in my size.

Did not make it clear about refunds at all I had not worn it I basically payed 30£ to try the dress on it was too big I was going to send it back the day after as it was for my birthday and get a refund so I could buy something else then I get told I can’t get a refund when it never said that I couldn’t when I bought it so I’m very disappointed I had to go through multiple links to even fined that it had a refund policy and it was different for different shops.

Straight forward ordering process, dress arrived fast and in perfect condition. The return process was easy, they provided a return label so just had to pack the dress and send it. I’ll definitely rent again! I just wish there were more dress options.

Wetsuit really good quality material
Wetsuit really good quality material, easy to put in and take off. The renting pricess was straightforward with a generous 30% off the full price when I chose to keep my wetsuit. No sea swimming yet as the conditions have been too rough but hope to be in soon.
