I bougjt a sofa there. And sure it looks good but it is very expensive for the quality and mostly the comfort. So uncomfortable. I reget buying it!!
We had bought a table with a microcement top and after a while a crack appeared which became quite big in a short period of time, on the side of the tabletop. I contacted Zoco Home customer service and after a couple of emails and sending pictures of the damaged table, they agreed to replace the table. We have now received the new table which looks perfect. We are very satisfied with how smoothly and quickly Zoco Home handled our complaint.

I had a delivery of a furniture from Zoco home and it was not really what I expected as it looked different in the showroom. I contacted customer service and they helped me out directly. I had the opportunity to change to a different product or the same product but with a different tone of the wood and that was exactly what I wanted. Perfect handled customer service and I will continue to be a loyal Zoco Home customer

We purchased all our furniture from Zoco Home, with an order totaling over €25,000. Our apartment was delayed, and they asked us to pay the full amount upfront, which we did without issue.
When our furniture was finally delivered, one cabinet worth €2,290 was missing — and no one mentioned it until we asked. This cabinet is an essential part of the set we bought.
We were then told it would probably arrive sometime in November, with no definite date, and that our only alternative was a store credit.
The store had the same cabinet as a showroom model. Our first offer was to take it with a 30% discount — this was refused. Our second offer was to take it without any discount, since we had already paid for it — this too was rejected, leaving us with nothing but the store credit option.
After visiting the store a second time, we insisted on taking the showroom piece, pointing out that we had already paid and had never been informed that the cabinet was unavailable (we had ordered it over a year ago!). We left still without the cabinet, but supposedly with our money refunded — though we’ll have to see if that actually happens.
The after-sales service was extremely poor, and the staff showed no willingness to help or find a solution. We strongly advise against buying from Zoco Home — they treat customers terribly.
I would like to point out that it was never communicated to us that the delivery could not take place.
If I understand correctly, items that remain in your storage for more than a year apparently become damaged?
We explicitly asked at the time whether the extended storage period would cause any issues, and we were clearly assured that it would not. Furthermore, we paid all related costs in full and in advance.
In addition, we made several proposals to receive the furniture that was not delivered due to your mistake.
We therefore find your current explanation very disappointing and not satisfactory, especially given the circumstances and our efforts to resolve this matter amicably.

I purchased a solid elm wood table from Zoco Home in Marbella. The design is beautiful — however, after a few months, dark sticky stains appeared on the surface. After some research, it became clear that this was caused by the natural migration of resins and oils inside the wood. After three weeks of back-and-forth due to poor communication between the shop and the customer care team, they finally agreed to replace the table — only to change their mind the very next day, claiming “outdoor misuse.”
Despite providing detailed explanations and evidence, Zoco Home’s customer service refused to take any responsibility. Their arguments changed several times: first acknowledging a possible replacement, then denying it by invoking “outdoor misuse” — even though my table was always under a covered, dry terrace, and their own showroom in Marbella displays the exact same table outdoors under the same conditions.
They also claimed that the climate “is different” — while I literally live next to Marbella. It felt like a succession of excuses just to avoid replacing the table.
Beyond the defect itself, what’s disappointing is the lack of transparency, consistency, and communication between their shop and customer service. If Zoco Home wants to live up to its image of authenticity and craftsmanship, they should treat customers with the same honesty they expect from their suppliers
Update after Zoco Home’s reply (October 2025):
Their so-called “investigation” ignored key facts:
– The table was always kept on a covered, dry terrace, never exposed to humidity.
– The same model is displayed outdoors at their / Marbella showroom, in identical conditions.
– After three weeks of confusion between the shop and customer care, they first accepted to replace the table, then reversed their decision the next day… like professional experts
Calling this “misuse” is simply inaccurate. The real issue is structural and related to the finishing process, not the client’s behavior.

I wanted to return them since they certainly did not live up to expectations but was told I had to pay the quite expensive freight cost. This even if I sent pictures of the pillow case that was really of bad quality.
The only reason for 2 stars instead of 1 is that customer support actually answered my mail. I Will never buy from them again, though since quality of products seems to be low focus for them.

I ordered and paid for a table, bench and other items on the 11th May. I was promised a 3 week delivery but it is now 11 weeks later and I still do not have my goods. There is no hope of getting them either, and Zoco Home has ignored my requests for a refund.
They charged me €350 to deliver from Spain to Greece, a substantial sum on top of the thousands of euros for my order, but the goods never arrived.
Their customer service has been appalling. They have not even tried to locate the lost goods, escalate the matter or done anything to find the missing items. They told me to find the items myself but they do not even know which shipping company they used, nor have supplied paperwork, so this is impossible.
I will never buy from this company again and urge any future customer to beware of paying a large sum of money for their furniture, which simply does not arrive. And Zoco Home does not care or do anything to resolve the situation.

I purchased 6 plates from Zoco to the UK - they all arrived smashed and I was charged a £70 customs fee on top of the payment I had made for the items and postage. They were all smashed because they were placed loosely in a massive box with one sheet of bubble wrap around each plate. They arrived as rubble.
Zoco agreed promptly to replace all 6 and sent them out, a little better wrapped this time with some more bubble wrap and a bit of polystyrene on top but 2 of the 6 were still smashed when they arrived. This is not because of handling during shipping, it's because Zoco placed ceramics in a box with plenty of space to rattle around rather than securing them or placing them in a smaller box and sent them off across the world. I had to pay another customs fee of £70.
I asked them if I could return the 4 plates as I wanted a set of 6 - I was ignored. I asked them to send out 2 more but with a guarantee to cover customs fees if more were incurred - they declined. I asked for a refund of the 2 plates and one of the two customs fees that I had been charged - they declined.
They are now refunding 2 of the 6 plates. I will have paid €276 for 4 plates. I cannot afford this and the plates are certainly not worth it!!
I really think an €85 refund for the second customs fee would have been appropriate as it was Zoco's inadequate packaging that led to my needing a second overseas delivery/customs fee when it should have arrived perfectly the first time, and would have with another company.
The staff were very responsive but useless in their responses, ignoring most of what I said and responding with their protocols rather than on a case by case basis.
