SLOW shipping!
Took FOREVER to be delivered, delayed over a week because I changed to a parcel locker, despite the change being made at least a week before the parcel was even shipped.
Know we have supply chain issues but delivery delays like this with no explanation. Will go elsewhere in future.

Hi Meg. Sorry your order took a long time to be delivered, however it appears this was beyond our control. We delivered to your street address, not a parcel locker so perhaps you have us confused with someone else? Unfortunately some deliveries to remote parts of WA are taking quite a while when coming from where we are in Brisbane. There was also a bit of a delay with sending your parcel due to the backordered stock you asked for us to get in for you being delayed from our supplier a little longer than we initially advised. I hope you'll give us a go again in the future and apologise for the time it took to be delivered on this occasion.
