I just thought I'd leave a review since i always read reviews and i will literally not play at a casino if it has even a handful of negative experiences. Anyway i won 9000 here....and I never had problems withdrawing it. It just took a little longer because you have to wait like 2 business days for every 3000.00 or something. Other then that I was happy. And I will always play here and at the sister sites because those are the only casinos i win at consistantly out of every other casino out there. Casino days - never win, lucky days - never win but yet they both have good reviews.... check the bad reviews too.

When I logged into my account it said "free surprise" on MTL BUFF and I couldn't find the game nor did I know what it meant so I was chatting with customer service and they kept sending me a link to change my password and they wouldn't connect me to an agent.

I have been a customer of Zodiac casino…
I have been a customer of Zodiac casino for multiple years and have been running into problems in the last year with my VIP points being suspended. I followed their rules deposited as usual, played the playthrough, and occasionally withdrew my winnings, which was not very much I might add. Now my VIP points have been suspended since December of 2025 and cannot get a valid reason from Zodiac. I chat with Bots and they give me a canned answer and leave without letting me speak to a human. I just don't understand.
