Absolutely horrible vacuum, also it ripped my liner and the Customer service was worse than the product..... This is the worst company to buy from.....

Very bad product, worst company
I own a Tornax - OT 3200 TILE, bought 20 days ago. I just does not clean the pool floor. A day ago I did 3 cleaning in a row (9h) and pool floor was exactly as it was at the beginning. It just remove very small particles. No leaves, no nothing bigger than some micron. Very disappointed as I invested in a zodiac product for its fame. But even worst was that I left a detailed bad review in their own webpage and they published it as "good but client did not leave any comment" while I put 1 star review and a 500 letter comment. This is not just a bad product, it is a untrustful company.
