If zero stars were available I would rate it that. First they are not a black owned company they are Chinese scamming people . 2 their shipping time is two months they tell you it leaves the warehouse in 5 days . 3 I only received a partial order they have zero communication and should be avoided
SCAM COMPANY DESERVES TO BE OUT OF BUSINESS

This company is linked to another selling the same product and is a scam company. If you search their address from their website you’ll find many different companies with the exact same address. They are not black owned and are scamming people under this pretense.

Buyer beware

I am not sure this is a trusted site. I only gave it a 1 star just because I could give 0 stars. We ordered a personalized purse for my mom for Christmas on December 4 and we still haven't gotten it. They keep sending the long patronizing emails full of "excitement" and we still haven't gotten what we paid for. Not sure how many others this has happened to but shipping shouldn't take this long. We spent 100.00 dollars with this site and they are preying on black women with solely black designs. This is disgusting.

Well, first it took a long time to receive the bag. I asked for no name to be put on it and they put my name in big bold Letters didn’t like that cause it wasn’t for me. It was for somebody else and the handle was twisted on one side OK Not very happy try to patronize black businesses, but this wasn’t good.

It's a beautiful bag. Couple things; my name is in tiny print (should have been bold), I didn't receive the accompanying wallet / as advertised. The bag is gorgeous but size medium is small.

I saw the Zodiora bags on Facebook and decided to order a handbag for my wife for Christmas on November 26th (2024). The handbag came with a free wallet and I paid for engraving of my wife's name on the handbag. It has been over a month and I have not received the Zodiora handbag I ordered on November 26th. I received an email update on December 6th stating the Zodiora handbag had been shipped. January 1st (2025) I have not received the Zodiora handbag. To date, I have only received the free wallet with no engraving on December 31st. To say I am disappointed is putting it mildly. I do not like providing negative reviews at any time but I sinceerely hope this helps someone considering ordering a Zodiora product and hoping to receive it in a timely manner.

The wallet was as beautiful as described. The only reason I gave it a 4 versus a 5 is because I had no idea it would take almost 40 days to receive. I ordered a purse and wallet the day after Thanksgiving for a Christmas gift and received it after Christmas. Thus far I’ve only received the wallet. I think the shipping timeframe should be explained prior to purchase.

Never received my purchase that I ordered on 12/4. After numerous emails about my order with no response, is this some kind of sad pathetic joke?
