Simply a scam!
No active carbon filter
No HEPA filter
No electrics and no active ventilation
Nothing but a PU foam filter (they saying it is FDA approved)
They used to offer additional discount under that claim!
They said they will deduct "at least $10.00" as their freight against my request for full refund.
False advertising. I ordered several masks, believing I would get good quality masks with HEPA filters as advertised. After more than a month waiting, what I got was a joke- poor quality masks with some foam rubber inside. I’m now trying to get a refund. This company is scam, and should be put out of business.
This is a scam. We ordered several different masks and the ones they sent were all just cheap crap looking nothing like the ones in the add and offering no protection whatsoever.
Complete scam. Do not buy the mask, it doesn’t protect you at all. This is simply criminal. What the show you is not what you get.

They do not send you the product pictured and the web site. There is no HEPA filter. The filter that they sent is just a foam and there is no way that the foam can be secure on the mask. The custom service stated that the description on the web is for reference only. Zoeforl is a bad seller and only take your money. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THIS FILTER IS NOT HEPA FILTER. ESPECIALLY DURING THIS TIME OF COVID 19, PEOPLE CAN LOST THEIR LIFE!
ZOEFORL IS A BAIT AND SWITCH COMPANY. They advertise one product and send you a different product, which is AGAINST THE LAW. The product they advertised was way different than the one they sent me. The COVID MASK that they sent me was of a much lower quality than the one that they advertised and because of that I was unable to be protected from COVID. It was the company ZOEFORL FAULT.
This is counterfeit product, PLEASE don't buy. They show their products online for you to order and you received some kind of crappy, useless Sh.t.
