Beste Kristine, wat vervelend! Ik ga even kijken wat er precies aan de hand is. Het kan altijd mis gaan met de post.
Ik zal u mailen op uw mailadres die u heeft achtergelaten. Met de andere pakketjes is het wel goed gegaan.

Als u ons contactformulier had ingevuld had ik wat sneller voor u kunnen kijken waar de bestelling is gebleven. Jammer dat ik nu 1 ster heb.

Maar goed we houden contact.

Beste Kristine, ik ben het even nagaan maar op 9 april is het pakket overhandigd aan de vervoerder en staat bij mij de status afgeleverd.
Het is nog in het bezit van Colis privé en wordt binnenkort afgehandeld door Private Parcel. Ik verwacht dat je het wel binnen zoveel dagen hebt. Apart dat het zo lang duurt! Mijn excuses. Ik zal een tegoedbon naar je mailen om het goed te maken.
