I ordered a sweater in October 2025

I ordered a sweater in October 2025, was charged for it, and still have not received it (2/4/26). They keep saying it is in transit, but no real info. I will never order from them again. Asked them to send me another one, if they can't locate first one, and not done. Terrible customer service!

Don’t order from Zoey and RoseThen reason I gave this review even 1…

Then reason I gave this review even 1 star was because of their prompt responses to my emails. I would NEVER order from them again. As mentioned by other reviews, returns are NOT easy as stated on their website. They require the customer to return items to China which costs a fortune! Item I received was not what I ordered. The company sent me a replacement that was still not what I ordered. Very dissatisfied with the whole experience.

If I could rate it a zero I would

If I could rate it a zero I would! be wary of this website. The pictures are not the actual product and the return policy does not tell you that you will have to pay for the return which is in China and will cost 25-50 dollars! it does not tell you that in the return policy.

I bought a sweater online from Zoey and…

I bought a sweater online from Zoey and Rose. Nowhere online does it say that this is a company operates in China. In fact, the website says “Zoey and Rose California.” The website says that it honors returns within 30 days; that the returns are “easy”; and it states the company accepts returns because it wants you to be happy with your purchase.

The sweater was very poor quality. It was made of a scratchy, uncomfortable, cheap material and, most importantly, did not fit. The L size, which I wear universally, was way too small. When I tried to return it, I received an email that said that I would have to return it to China and the cost to return it would be $50, $5 more than I had paid for the sweater! They suggested that instead, I might want to take a 10% refund and keep the sweater.

That’s their business model. Send junk and then say it will cost you a ridiculous amount to return it.

This company doesn’t honor its misleading website promises and its products are of a poor quality. AVOID this company!!!

DO NOT ORDER

I ordered what looked like a nice blouse from what looked like an American company as there is an American flag on the website. What arrived (shipped from California) was a cheap polyester print shirt that was inches smaller than the website size chart. I wrote several emails stating that the shirt was not as advertised by their own size parameters and that the responsibility for return was not mine. I was offered to keep the shirt and receive 10% of the cost back to me or pay for shipping to China where they would "evaluate" the item to see if it qualified for a full refund. I said that I would return it to California where it was shipped from and they insist it be sent back to China for WAAAAY more cost than the cheap shirt is worth. Then they insist that the shirt is exactly what I ordered when I sent actual photos of how the sizing was wrong, so they, in essence, insinuated that I was lying or my tape measure was wrong LOL!. Do not order from this site unless you enjoy lousy quality items and huge hassles.

they advertise products made from materials that don't match reality. The photos show linen or cotton items with embroidery, but in reality, they ship items printed on cheap polyester. Don't trust their promises of easy returns.
