I was mislead as well. Emailed to see where book was since email mentioned ebook and I did not order an ebook. I asked them to show me anywhere in description, shipping info where it even mentions any of the books are ebooks. Can't trust anyone these days. All after quick buck.

Like the other reviews here, I thought I was buying a physical book, even entering my shipping address & believing the claim of "free shipping." When I didn't receive tracking or proof that my book was shipped, I reached out only to be told my book was an ebook and there are no refunds for digital products. Nowhere on the listing does it indicate AT ALL that this is a digital product. I'm filing a claim through PayPal but would not recommend this company at all.

I ordered on the website after looking at the books. This was for a classroom library.
No where is it specified that it's a digital book.
I paid via PayPal and money got taken right away
No correspondence so I emailed asking for the tracking number for the package. Get a reply that it's ebooks. And I should download. That a link was sent. Where??
I asked for a refund and now no one is responding.
I wish I could give 0 star feedback.

DO NOT ORDER THROUGH THIS COMPANY. I ordered a book which I never received. They did manage to charge my credit card right on time. And although I didn't use PayPal, it went via PayPal to my credit card. It does seem this place is a scam now that I see all the reviews.

I ordered a book for a project over a month ago. When it did not arrive I contacted them repeatedly and received no response. They took my payment through Paypal but did not respond in any way. Do not order from this company.

Thank goodness I used PayPal. They refunded me within five minutes. Scam.

I had a gut feeling this site wasn't legit and I wished I'd checked the reviews before I ordered. I had the same exact experience of thinking I was getting an actual book because it doesn't state anywhere on the website that these are eBooks, but that's what I got, and they are refusing to refund my money saying All sales are final, but that phrase is Not Stated anywhere in their refund policy. It only states 30 day refund, if you're not satisfied and doesn't specifically state anything about ebooks. I’m going to contact the Attorney General in Indiana, where they're supposedly from, Connecticut's Attorney General and the Office of Consumer Protection to see if something can be done about this company. I think I'll also contact channel 3 or C.B.S where they investigate companies. If you have a chance, please also contact the media and similar offices in your area to see if we can get something done. They've defrauded enough people and should not be allowed to continue.

Same for me. An absolute scam. I read the description of the book and it stated it was a hardcover book. So, I was satisfied & ordered it. It didn't come after a week, so I emailed the address & they stated it was an ebook. I don't order ebooks for cookbooks ever, and was very upset by the deception. I requested a refund and will now report them to the BBB.

This is absolutely a scam. I ordered a book and never received it. After I called their number I realized what was going on. The first clue is they use Venmo. The second clue is no email verification with a reference number. I have filed a complaint with the FBI. I suggest anyone else to do the same.

Purchased a book only find out AFTER THE FACT that it's a digital download...order page said "in stock" and "free shipping." NOWHERE did it say anything about a download. When I asked for a refund, I was refused. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FRAUD!

Terrible company. I ordered 2 books that said “in stock” nothing stated, but turns out they were ebooks. I didn’t follow the download link, sent an email asking about when the would arrive and told they were e-books. I explained that I was not aware and as they had not been downloaded I asked for a refund. Nope, policy states not refundable. I took screenshots of the sales window and of the items. No ebook listed. I looked at their refund policy and 30 days. It hasn’t been that long. Such a BS setup. Disputing with my credit card company. I recommend never buying from this company. False advertising and terrible handling of their refund policy.

SCAM! Do not purchase from this fraud of a storefront! No refunds - all books are (apparently) eBooks - NOT STATED ANYWHERE ON THEIR WEBSITE! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Waste of time. Horrible customer service - AVOID THIS COMPANY!

BUYER BEWARE! I wouldn’t give this company one star if I could have. They ripped me off for $10.99 for a book I did not receive. I filed a complaint against them hoping to get them to cease, desist order. Hopefully I will get a refund of my money.
I was unable to connect on their phone number and their email contact was bogus.

SCAM. this is a download and not an actual book. Website makes it seem as though it's an actual book as they request shipping information. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

Nowhere on their website, does it say they are a digital bookseller or eBooks as they referred themselves in the email? They sent me no receipt was even sent to me and they refuse to refund my money. When they sent me an ebook and not an actual paper book.

I was going to buy the new book “fight” and I saw that Zogomom’s price was about half what known resellers were asking. And just like them if I had bought the book, I would have the very same complaint. There is absolutely no mention that this is a file of the book to read. They even show the books cover and nowhere mention that it is just the electronic document as opposed to the printed book like everyone else sells.

With all the complaints they’ve had. I would wish that Paypal wouldn’t delete their account but obviously that hasn’t happened again. If all you want is an electronic file,This may meet your needs, but very shortly this will be available as a download from most public libraries at no cost. Unfortunate that a business is allowed to operate like this. While they are not lying, they certainly are misleading people into believing they are getting an actual book. Especially when they talk about the up to two weeks delivery, which would normally indicate something is being shipped to you. Fortunately, I read these reviews just before I hit the “buy“ button on PayPal and I’m glad that I did.

Scam! Misleading information creating the impression that they are selling physical copies of books

It's a SCAM, no indication of 'download book' at all at their site, the delivery date shows two weeks of purchase, to make you believe you will be getting a paper book! Lucky that I pay with paypal and dispute right away, otherwise, seller phone is unavailable, e-mails useless as final sale, no refundable! FALSE ADVERTISE! Terrible website!
