Not a good experience.

Placed order over 2 weeks ago and I still have not received it. It was meant for a birthday present, which has been and gone. Tracking system is also shocking. No proper details on it and still no despatch date. Will not be using this company again.

Not very good experience at all

Not very good experience at all. It’s a shame that they treat customers this way. The bag I bought was over priced and not good quality. I returned it but 2 months on they haven’t refunded my money. By their online name you think you are buying from a uk based retailer but when I needed to return the item I was given an address in China to send it back. I paid £29 for the return and nothing!! No bag no money back. Scammers!!

Chinese Scammers who ignore you

This company purports to be from the heart of the UK (looking at street view, a flat in London). They ignore emails unless you mention chargeback. They expect you to return goods to China.

This company is based in China and sells fake leather bags claiming to be real. To get a refund you must return bag to China for extortionate shipping fees- stay away it’s a scam!!!
