I made a purchase on 18th November in…
I made a purchase on 18th November in good faith to avail of the Christmas beauty hamper to only be informed on 2/12 that due to a technical error on yer side my order could not be filled.
I replied to say I couldn’t find a suitable replacement at that price and asked if there would be a restock, ye replied saying no and immediately refunded me. If ye had given me time to reply again I may have relooked as I really wanted the beauty hamper for my daughter 16th birthday.
Really disappointed. Super unsatisfied with the solution that was provided to me.
