Deceptive practices...the website appears to give the option of buying a hardcover book ("new condition", has hardcover listed in the drop down options, lists free shipping, etc) but after I tried to place my order for a hardcover book, the confirmation stated "ebook". I contacted customer service immediately to change the order to hardcover (which was listed as the same price) and they don't even sell hardcovers, despite their deceptive website. Clearly they are trying to deceive customers about what is being purchased. And btw it's not even a true ebook-it's only available on their website, not as a download.

This site does not sell hardcover books. I attempted to purchase a hardcover for 'Kin', and they used all the good words: new condition, free shipping, 50% off. So I checked the internet for reviews and was unable to find anything. So, I made the purchase and immediately they sent me a link to an ebook. I emailed them and asked if the book was going to be sent, and they said I purchased an ebook, which I did not. If the download link was legit, meaning I could add it to my kindle, I would just say OK, whatever, because it was only $11. But they literally just send you to a link to their website to view the book, which means you can't really download it. Horrible.
