This casino is a total scam

This casino is a total scam. Support person called John is talked like scripted bot and never provide us other support email or contacts. I tried to withdraw £620 from 31 July 2026 and then review periods ended in 3 days after that I had to wait 5 working days for banking withdrawals from their side but at the end, withdrawals failed after 12 days including weekend. I have asked the support guy and he didn't know why withdrawals are failing so I had to make another withdrawals by waiting 24 hours for 620 due to 500 pound withdraw limit. It failed again after 5 days. So on I have asked again John the bot guy and he didn't know what's the exact reason for failing at the end. It looks like they haven't sent money from payment team money goes to playing ballance again so that they forcefully make us play and finish the ballance. But I didn't play at all, just keep trying and reached out casino guru site with screen shots failed and made request and filed a complain as AI said and waiting for their response now. This is very risky scam site who is never paying us with no company registered info at the bottom of the page too. The support agent, John always saying he doesn't know for withdraw failing reason and no guarantee for next whlithdraw request too. It looks like withdrawals loop will be there for forever and never pay, always failing after payment sent to payment teams section. In their term and condition nothing is written about withdrawals. They should be punished by the area of government where they are located now at "non-UK regulated, offshore casino" operated by Win Top Ltd, which runs out of jurisdictions like Anjouan (Comoros) or Curaçao. It is dangerous than crypto scammers. Once money in, no way out.

It is a really bad casino

It is a really bad casino. To withdraw any money, they delay the verification process up to 30 days asking every 5 days a new information that you have already provided but they ask again. I finally decided to cancel my account and forget any winnings. Do not deposit any money you will never receive any winning. I close my account and did not receive any winnings either.
