Bad experience with Zone3

I've ordered a Zone3 wetsuit. I truly believed I'd ordered it from Decathlon; however, when I went to return the item, I was made aware that I had to deal with Zone3. So, I have been challenging myself to return this item directly to Zone3 because the item is broken, and I have been through a lot to overcome this. Firstly, the customer service did not respond well, so I had to contact Decathlon to help me in this case. Secondly, I felt that corresponding with Zone3 was like playing ping-pong instead of helping me sort out this issue. Thirdly, they lied to customers, saying it's your fault because the item was not used properly, and they created excuses such as the wetsuit was used for cycling, horse riding, motorbike riding, or jumping, etc.

To be honest, I would not recommend this ZONE3 company! You should be strong enough to fight with them, and in the UK, you can submit a small claim through the government website.

Wetsuit Cord

I was looking for a new cord to replace the frayed one on my Zone 3 wetsuit. I couldn't find any on the website, so emailed Zone 3 customer service. I received a very prompt reply from Sam, who shared a link directly to the replacement cords on the Zone 3 website. I ordered one easily online and it was quickly dispatched. Very helpful and efficient service - Thank You !

Great customer service

Kelsie dealt with my issue.

I had a parcel go missing and she managed to liaise with the delivery company and rectify the issue in time for my Triathalon (under a week)

Fantastic service and help!

Sam dealt with my issue with no faults and no hesitations to do everything possible to help resolve the situation (including liaising with another company that I originally bought my Zone3 item from) and the service was very good. I was kept regularly updated on the status of the issue and have absolutely no faults with how it was dealt with. Thank you.

Which size?

I had made the decision, after much research and deliberation, to buy a replacement wetsuit from Zone3 but my only "local" triathlete store had sold out in what I thought might be my size so I didn't bother visiting. What I did do was to contact Zone3 customer services and Adam in particular couldn't have been more helpful in trying to make sure I ended up with a wetsuit that was perfect. If the service from him is an indication of the service from Zone3 in particular then I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them.

Great service from this British…

Great service from this British company. I bought a Tri suit from them and am very pleased. My order was late in the day and they expidited the delivery to next day as I had a race on the weekend. Massive relief for me, and i feel they went out of their way to help.
Highly recommend them!
