I am extremely disappointed with Zonneplaneet.
I paid **€6,999.55 — almost €7,000 — for this system, and it has NEVER worked properly from the very beginning.**
This is the most important point: this is not a system that worked for a while and then developed a problem. **It has not worked from day one.**
I paid almost €7,000 for a complete, professionally installed system. Instead, I now have expensive equipment in my home that is essentially doing nothing except taking up space.
The agreement also mentions a **10-year warranty**. I therefore expect Zonneplaneet to take responsibility and provide a permanent solution.
After paying this amount of money for equipment that has never worked properly, I have lost confidence in the system. I would now like Zonneplaneet to take the complete system back and refund my money.
I am a father of six children. €7,000 is a very considerable amount of money, and I can certainly think of much better things to spend it on than equipment that has never functioned as it should.
**Zonneplaneet: I am asking for a clear solution. Either provide me with a complete system that actually works as promised, or take it back and refund my €6,999.55.**
I will gladly update this review if Zonneplaneet resolves the problem satisfactorily.
