I have had a very disappointing…

I have had a very disappointing experience with this service. The veranda installation, which began in August 2025, took 15 days, after which the team left for an entire month, stating that the doors were not yet available.

Once the veranda was finally completed, it began leaking heavily from multiple joints during the very first rainfall. Despite raising several complaints and receiving multiple appointment promises, no one ever showed up to resolve the issue.

As of February 2026—more than eight months later—the veranda is still leaking. Even their own technician admitted that the wrong roof size had been installed.

Unfortunately, I made the mistake of paying the full amount immediately after installation, and I deeply regret choosing their services.

Zonpaveranda produced a sturdy veranda

Zonpaveranda produced a sturdy veranda, however, their follow-up on snaggs is poor - still waiting three months later.
Also, ensure that you, the customer, make allowance for your own site clean-up.
