I wish I had used Zon Support sooner
For over 12 months I had a single person managing my companies customer support. This was a single point of failure and despite supplying lots of Standard Operating Procedures', they found it easier to bombard me with problems, rather than read the SOPs. I was spending a lot of time overseeing customer support.
I decided to move to Zon Support, the onboarding process was efficient and professional and now I have reclaimed 1-2 hours per day, because everything is taken care of. I simply browse the inbound emails once a day, just to check there are no difficult questions. As we improve our SOPs, I envisage even that small commitment with cease in time.
