We took our grandsons to an animal handling session with Caroline from Zoobidoo at Park Foot Holiday Park on Monday, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish.

Caroline gave us the warmest welcome as soon as we arrived, immediately putting everyone at ease. Throughout the session, she was engaging, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. Our grandsons learned so much about the animals and were thrilled to have the opportunity to see, hold, and gently touch them. It was such a hands-on, educational experience that they haven’t stopped talking about it since!

What impressed us most was Caroline herself. She has a truly exceptional way with both children and animals, treating each with kindness, respect, and genuine enthusiasm. She made every child feel included and encouraged their curiosity, creating a calm, fun, and memorable experience for everyone.

As grandparents, it was a real joy to watch. Seeing the children’s confidence grow and their fascination with the animals was wonderful, and Caroline’s passion for what she does shone through every moment.

We honestly can’t praise Caroline and Zoobidoo highly enough. If you have the opportunity to attend one of her sessions, don’t hesitate—you’ll come away with happy memories, new knowledge, and a real appreciation for these amazing animals. Thank you, Caroline, for such a fantastic experience!

Caroline and her animals were amazing. We invited her to come to my parents 50th wedding anniversary celebrations. We were a family of thirteen ranging from 4 years to 82 years! She ensured everyone felt involved and kept all of the group engaged. We all thoroughly enjoyed the experience and were talking about it all weekend whether it was a fact we had learnt or discussing our favourite animal! Mum and Dad absolutely loved the experience and embraced all opportunities to handle the animals... I don't think I will forget the snake around their necks! So don't just think its for little ones all ages enjoyed it and the time flew past. For my parents it was a lot of first time experiences as they had never been given the opportunity to experience these encounters. It was no surprise that people we know had told us Caroline was great and we were not disappointed. Wholeheartedly would book her again and recommend.

Highly recommend, we had Caroline come for my sons birthday and all the children absolutely love it. Lots of animals and very knowledgeable and answered all the questions she was asked. My personal favourite was the frog and my sons was the snake. Definitely a must for any animal lovers, couple of the children were abit nervous of the insects but she reassured them and in the end I think they all had a go and having a feel and a hold even the ones who were abit scared to start with.

Zoobidoo came to my daughters 10th birthday and it was amazing! The girls loved seeing all the animals and being able to get so close, touch and hold them was priceless. We made some very special memories. Caroline is really good at putting everyone at ease whilst encouraging us to try something new! Thank you Caroline.

Caroline provided a fabulous party for my 5 year old’s birthday. Her communication has been fabulous with the booking and arrangements. Caroline was wonderful in capturing the children’s attention providing an educational and fun encounter with her animals! My child and friends absolutely loved it. It is obvious she loves her animals. I would recommend her 100%.

Caroline did an outstanding job, making the reservation process seamless. The animals were delightful, and her interaction with the kids was exceptional—patient, calm, and enlightening. The entire experience was delightful, with children thoroughly enjoying themselves and adults sharing enthusiastic feedback. We would absolutely return and highly recommend this experience!

The perfect choice for my daughters 5th birthday party! Caroline and her animals were absolutely amazing with all the children, my daughter was over the moon she got to hold the snake again, have a mouse on her head and a frog on her shoulder too. She loved feeding the tortoise and the ferret. Great party experience thank you x

We arranged a Zoobidoo party for my son and his school friend’s 6th birthday party. From initial email communication right upto the week before the party Caroline was prompt at responding to emails.

The party itself was fantastic! We had made some specific animal requests before the party and most of these were met. Caroline was keen to get the boys opinions on which cuddly animals and reptiles they’d each like to see with careful consideration to the animals welfare and not being over-handled. During the party itself Caroline shared lots of interesting information about the animals which was delivered in an enthusiastic and age appropriate manner. Interaction with the animals was encouraged in a safe but fun way which the children loved.

We all very much enjoyed the party and would not hesitate to recommend Zoobidoo to others for a fun and educational experience!

Caroline and her fantastic animals came along to our local Toddler Group and was a huge hit with the little ones and grown ups alike! Her wealth of experience with the animals and kindness towards everyone was wonderful. I would highly recommend Zoobidoo if you are looking for something hands on and educational. Thank you ⭐

I just wanted to drop a line to say such a huge thank you for your visit to nursery on Thursday. It was fantastic – probably the best 1.5 hrs we’ve had with the children all year. As you had anticipated, they were all utterly absorbed. You pitched it perfectly for their age. You invited them to observe closely and say what they saw, your questions stretched them and enabled us to hear what they knew. The children brought their own experiences to the conversations, used some super varied, and at times, unusual vocabulary and were confident enough to ask their own questions too. We saw hesitant children become more at ease, move closer, stretch out their hands, take part and smile. We saw a child who normally struggles to pay attention, sitting still, transfixed by what she was seeing. Her face lit up with delight when the animals were each brought close to her and she was allowed to stoke them.

We would love you to return to nursery next year and will be wholeheartedly recommending you to others.

We recently had the pleasure of welcoming Zoobidoo to New Leaf Centre for an interactive animal education session, and we could not be more impressed with the experience provided.

Our learners thoroughly enjoyed a fantastic afternoon engaging with a range of animals in a calm, supportive, and engaging way. The session was not only educational, covering facts about the animals’ habitats, diets, and behaviours, but also therapeutic and confidence-building as the young people had the opportunity to handle and interact with the animals at their own pace.

Caroline was great with all learners, she showed sensitivity, patience, and flexibility, adjusting her approach intuitively to suit each learner’s needs and sensory profile.

We would highly recommend Zoobidoo to any educational setting.

Met Caroline from Zoobidoo today for my anxious autistic children who are currently unable to access the school environment. She came to the house and was amazing with them both, one who had a million questions and one who took a while to be able to participate. She met them both exactly where they were, both growing in confidence in just one session with her. Can’t wait for our next session. There isn’t much they’re currently able to access so to have a local company able to come to the house with such amazing animals was phenomenal.

We have just returned from a week in the Lake District and whilst we were there we enjoyed an animal experience session at Parkfoot campsite. We had a great time. So fun and informative. My 9 year old was not too shy to wear the bunny ears and have a frog placed on his head or a snake put next to him to see who was longer 😊. It was a full hour and better than other experiences we have done. Getting to feed some of the animals was great. We would definitely recommend and do it again. Thanks for a holiday highlight.

We love Zoobidoo!! Zoobidoo came to our son’s 4th birthday party and really made it the most special day. It was super easy to organise and although we don’t have a huge living room, it worked really well and was just brilliant for kids and adults alike. Caroline managed to keep everyone’s attention for a full hour (which is incredible!) with a variety of animals by sharing lots of interesting facts about them and allowing the kids to feed, pet and even hold the animals. We had lots of brilliant feedback from the kids and parents who attended and such lovely pictures to cherish ❤️ I really can’t recommend Zoobidoo enough.

Caroline and the zoobidoo animals allowed my son to have the best party!! All the children loved learning about the different animals and getting to stroke/hold/feed them. I would highly recommend zoobidoo for any animal lovers. It was an amazing experience

Caroline does home visits to provide animal therapy as part of my son’s EOTAS package. He is in autistic burnout and hardly leaves the house. Caroline is fantastic with him. She’s super calm and quiet and goes at his pace and with his interests. She’s really flexible with times and dates to fit in with us and understands if he can’t engage sometimes and needs space or we need to rearrange a session. She tailors the sessions and animals to his personal preferences and has even sent him personalised videos of animals he’s particularly interested in so he can see how they’re developing. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Caroline and Zoobidoo to any SEND parent. She really understands and it’s amazing to be able to bring the therapeutic benefits of interacting with animals to my son in the place he feels most comfortable.

Caroline was brilliant, the whole booking process was easy, the animals were all lovely Caroline was great with the kids, patience, relaxed, informative and the whole thing was enjoyable. The kids loved it and all the feedback from the adults was very positive too! Would definitely use again and recommend!

What a fantastic time we had with Zoobidoo yesterday for my son's 6th birthday party! Caroline was wonderful with the kids and there was no pressure for any one to do anything they weren't comfortable with, so the kids who were nervous around the animals weren't at all pressured to touch or hold them, but Caroline did a great job of putting them all at ease by educating them about the animals.
The parents were equally enamoured and a few joined in and held some critters. All the animals were wonderful, from Cusco the tortoise who made his way diligently around the circle of children for them to greet, to Freddie the jumping frog who elicited squeals of surprise and delight when he jumped on a couple of the children! The sticky gecko who clung to the window, the mice, Cheese and Biscuit, who sat on the childrens' heads, and Mr Hufflepuff the hedgehog!
Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Zoobidoo to anyone looking for a birthday party with a difference, an educational visit or anything else!

We booked Caroline for our daughter’s 5th birthday and the session was brilliant! Funny, educational and entertaining. She held the focus of the children for an hour and they were so excited to see all of the animals. Caroline encouraged the children to stroke and hold the animals without pushing them if they weren’t comfortable. I’ve never seen such delight in my daughter’s face and the pictures and memories are something we will always treasure. Thank you Caroline and your wonderful animals!

Caroline came to an activity day that I organised on a large council estate. Over 60 children and parents which could have been absolute chaos, however Caroline organised them all in away that was good from an animal welfare point of view but also in a way that every child an adult had the opportunity to have a close encounter with the animals and learn about them. It was so beneficial to all these children, and the animals were beautiful
